The company was friendly and easy to work with, explained everything well, showed up when they said they would, did the job well and quickly, answered any questions we had. When some shingles that were in a tricky area on the dormer came loose, they were very responsive in coming out and fixing them, and improved on the original installation method. Have had no other issues with the roof, which has been up for nearly nine months as I finally get around to submitting this review. And it looks great!

Description of Work: Found and repaired a hole in the roof which raccoons were using to get into our attic. Did a great job and also blew debris off the roof and out of a couple gutters while up there.

Description of Work: I used Reger Roofing to replace my roof following hail damage and they were great to work with. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who had them repair her roof a few years earlier. Jesse was great to work with throughout the process and was always great about answering my questions. During the installation it was discovered that the roof decking had dry rotted and it was necessary to replace the decking material. While that was impossible to tell prior to removing the old shingles, Reger worked with me to explain the problem and keep the additional cost to a minimum. Jesse was also great in working me to make some changes to the contract given the unexpected cost of re decking the roof. Bottom line is that if I ever need my roof replaced again, I will call Reger Roofing.

The salesman was very nice about dropping off samples, making suggestions, and giving me addresses to look at roofs. They adhered to their schedule, and we were totally happy with them. They were fine with the cleanup. They were prompt and finished the job on time.

 + -1 moreI was referred to this company by a friend. I called and explained to the person who answered the phone that I had developed a leak in my roof and wanted to see if they could help. She took my phone number and told me that a salesperson would give me a call to schedule an appointment. A week later and no phone call. Fortunately, I also called a roofer that I found on Angie's list, who responded promptly, temporarily fixed the leak and has scheduled to do a permanent fix after the rains stop.
