 + -1 moreOccasionally one or another pane loses its seal, the pane gets fuzzy and needs replacement. When that happens I have called them and gotten a replacement installed, usually some portion under warranty. Recently I tried to contact them over several days and the line was either busy or unanswered. BBB says the last report they have on them is years old. They don't seem to be out of business, but maybe not windows anymore, and in any event they have apparently down-scaled their office. I will search elsewhere and am sad that their help is apparently gone. In fairness, a number of businesses have had a tough time and I'm not throwing stones here. Their service was long ago and I could't expect they would always be there for me, much as I wish otherwise.
Description of Work: Not sure when was last contact. I had all my windows replaced by St Clair a number of years ago (triple pane) and on the whole they have been excellent.
