I think Mr. Matheus is quite knowledgable - wanted the wood to acclimate for a minimum of two [2] weeks] in my home prior to installing. Other providers said 2 days was enough - but in looking on-line, it appears that a minimum of 2 weeks would be necessary. He was quite patient with my indecision on a wood stain - mixing several colors for me to try and continuing this process until I was satisfied. I moved out of my home and had my baby grand piano and other heavy furniture moved out of my home independently. Work proceeded in my absence. They were trustworthy - I left my home in their hands [used a lock box]. Upon my return, I was quite pleased with their work. There were a few things that had not been done - they came back and completed the work to my satisfaction. They seemed to want to please - which is a rarity I have found! Only negative: since I was not there when they sanded, I don't know how much protection was put up but there is dust everywhere - which may be par for the course.
