 + -1 moreOverall my experience with RAM leather was the worst ever. The owner supervisor is a ruud person. After having two other furniture men look at their job, they said it was a bad job. They also informed me that RAM leather has a reputation for this type of job and not taking care of it.
Description of Work: Clean and restained leather couch, chair and ottoman. The job was awful. The stain was appllied unevenly, There are now pitted white spots showing through the stain. I would not recommend them at all. They now want to charge me to fix it in my HOUSE. I will have to sue them to make it right. They are the WORSE people I have ever worked with.

 + -1 moreTHE REPAIR WORK PERFORMED EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB IN SELECTING A LEATHER THAT MATCHED THE REMAINING, UNDAMAGED PORTION OF THE SOFA. THE JOB WAS COMPLETE ON THE DAY PROMISED. THE REPAIR WORK WAS NOT INEXPENSIVE. BUT, GIVEN THAT THE SOFA IS ONLY A FEW MONTHS OLD, AND CONSIDERING THE QUALITY OF THIS COMPANY'S WORK, IT WAS WELL WORTH THE PRICE PAID. THE SOFA FOR ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES IS BRAND NEW.
Description of Work: REPAIR OF A HOLE IN THE RIGHT FRONT CUSHION OF A BLACK LEATHER SOFA. THE HOLE WAS CREATED BY MY DOG, WHO CHEWED OUT AN AREA APPROXIMATELY 2'' X 4''. THE CUSHIONS OF THE SOFA ARE NOT REMOVABLE, REQUIRING THAT THE COMPANY TAKE THE SOFA APART IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED AREA.
