I spoke with Rich...extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help. He determined that my heaters' warranty was still valid. I called the manufacturer and ended up getting the part at not cost to me. Rich went above and beyond...I will call Guinner for future plumbing needs.

We had a problem with sewer odor coming from a drain that used to be hooked up to a second-floor washing machine. We thought we needed to have the drain line capped. A plumber came out to give an estimate and told us that we just needed to put water down the drain every so often so that the catch would remain sealed. He also recommended a sock. He looked at a couple other items around the house (e.g. an outside faucet that needs winterizing) and gave good advice. All for no charge. Very nice and professional. We will call this company when we have work for them to do.

I contacted the provider, RA Guinner Plumbing via Angie's list "Email provider" button on 11/10/12. I never heard from the provider so called them on 11/15 and they said they never received the email. During that phone call, the man I talked to said a plumber would come on 11/16 around 1:30pm and would call when he was on his way. I was impressed that I was able to set up an appointment the day prior to needing the work done. The plumber arrived about an hour late, but did call when he was on his way. The plumber explained the problem to me, snaked my drain, cleaned up afterwards, and made recommendations on products to use/not use on my old pipes. The plumber was friendly and got the job done promptly. It was a positive experience and I would use them again!

He gave me a really good deal and spent a lot of time here. He had to replace copper piping and there was a leak behind the wall; he did wonderful. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything before he did it. He did not do anything without getting my approval and explained why it needed to be done. I referred him to a friend while he was working here. I think his pricing was fair.

Good experience. Was contacted because of previous experienc with property just purchased. Very helpful and responsive. Very congenial and knowledgable. Professional and practical. 100 year old houses with original plumbing are difficult . Needed someone who could get us operational without being ripped off. Repaired plugged water lines with care and professional craftsmanship. Warned us in advance of the likelyhood that one leak can lead to another in old plumbing but did not take advantage of this. Work was timely and they arrived as promised, adjusting to a timing issue of our making, not theirs. One final note: they cleaned up after themselves - too seldom found in trades people.

Overall, the work went very well. They were done with both projects after three hours. Although they do not replace dry wall (there is still a small whole in our ceiling), he did install a small access panel in our linen closet behind our tub, should we ever need to work on our plumbing again.

As always, Kevin at Guinner Plumbing professionally and courteously repaired the leaky kitchen pipe, giving me options for cost and cleaning up as if he had never been there. I have also used Kevin for several other jobs in my house, and it is always done perfectly.

I have lived in this house for 6 years and have had several plumbers out to do work. The man from Guinner found a problem with our plumbing that was obvious and should have been spotted easily by any plumber. They fixed it along with the leaking pipe I called them about. I have used them since then a couple of times for toilet issues and have been very pleased with their service.

Kevin Kramer of R.A. Guinner Plumbing Co. was always on-time, professional and polite. He did an exceptional job with the plumbing in our kitchen remodel. He was nice to the dogs who were quite often under-foot and in the way. He made sure everything was done right before he left. He cleaned up after he was done and left us with a beautiful kitchen, with great plumbing when he left. Highly recommend!

We have used their services for 10 years or so. We have a chronic problem with our sewer system clogging up and they have taken care of it for a long time. They are professional and always prompt. It's all about people showing up for me. Their prices seem reasonable. You can always find cheaper plumbers but not better! We've recommended them for other types of plumbing work.
