Their price was good. They completed everything as they said they would in a continuous manner. They were continuously working. They were working for 3-4 days taking out the old and putting in the new.

It went poorly. Quality is not quality. The tech "guaranteed" that my 2nd floor would be much cooler. Three hours later it was back to the same 80 degrees it was before I dropped $336 for the "repair" bill. I called Quality to vent and explained to the owner that I had accommodated their schedule because he didn't want his tech to have go into a hot attic to check an air handler in the afternoon. Of course, the tech never even took the easy flight of stairs I had pulled down from the ceiling to check because "he didn't need to". So, my family was inconvenienced early and I missed a morning of work to help the vendor who sent a tech that didn't even perform the work that inconvenienced me. Frustrating? You bet! Next, the owner explained to me that the tech had clearly done what he thought would fix the problem. I explained that his fix didn't work and if the tech had at least checked everything it would be excusable and we could work together to find the actual cause. However, at this point I had to give up. The owner was clearly only interested in defending himself and his tech for a job poorly done. Apparently, the customer is not always right at Quality. Once I figured that out, I told the owner that I was canceling the check and he could feel free to call an attorney. He then took the high road and hung up on me.

They have done a really good job. They are very good and top notch. We don't have a service contract or anything, but he came out any way really. I felt like he went through everything really well, told us a lot about how to maintain our stuff rather than just doing it and then hoping that it breaks later. He told us all about our air conditioner and what the model and they went above and beyond I think with what they had to do. I would use them again in the future.

Quality Heating & Cooling were given to me by my home warranty company to look at a leaking radiator in my home. They said a the radiator would have to be replaced and a week or so later brought another radiator that leaked upon installation. They removed that radiator and put in an order for another one. During this day of work, they scratched the wood floor and dripped some sort of gray glue that doesn't come off with cleaning. This left me during winter and Thanksgiving/Christmas at the house with no heat in the living room. I called them a few times over the next few weeks to check on the arrival of the radiator. Finally 3 or 4 weeks later the radiator arrived and they came to install it. Of course there were extra fittings that needed to be purchased that cost me more than my warranty deductible. For various reasons they had to come back several times to finally finish the installation. I had to work from home to accommodate all of the visits and they commented that it was a good think I work from home since they'd been at my house so much....I don't work from home. They complained that they weren't making any money on the project. Over the next few weeks I discovered the rest of the issues with their work. The new radiator had no release valve, so there was no way to release the built up air that therefore keeps the top of the radiator cool and not heating the room. The pipes they ran in the basement to the radiator were installed so low that they prevented a door to the next room from opening. Logato and his other workers I met were friendly and it is a shame that the work was not quality and I had to request a refund.

Last contact - service contract for year long heating/cooling maintenance. They never showed up for the furnace checks we paid for. Wagner Sr said they couldn't bother showing up for jobs after 3 pm, even though we pre-paid them and the agreement did not state that time limit. They owe us a refund on their failure to show up. Previous contact - they installed a $4k A/C unit. We had immediate water leakage problems, which they tried to fix, but failed. We had to hire Harster to come in and make things right.

Both times I used them, they were excellent. They have also came for general tune ups and maintenance. They always show up on time and do a good job.

It was really good. They were prompt. The price was good. They were responsive. If there were any problems, they came back and addressed all of the problems.

The owner Rich stopped by to give us an estimate on the required work. We had originally planned to have a vent added to our newly constructed back porch as well, but Rich talked us out of it, saying that a baseboard heater would be a cheaper and more efficient option. I appreciated his honesty and advice. Their technician showed up when promised and completed on time and for the promised amount. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any heating and cooling needs.

Quality was prompt in having a service person come to our home the next day. When Darren arrived we discussed the issue and advised him heat would work with Thermostate fan in "on" position only, not "auto". Advised thermostate had been replaced in the summer. Thermostate had been working fine until a few weeks prior to issue. He insisted it must be wired wrong. I told him I didn't think so because it had been working. 30 minutes later realizing it was not wired wrong he went to the furnace itself and noticed a "burn mark" on the Blower Control Circuit Board. This needed to be replaced. It took an hour to diagnosis the problem. The next part of the scenario is where I have the problem. He now tells me they don't work on Lennox Units usually. He doen't know if he can get the part. He calls his boss who is in Florida. They find the part in Earth City ($200.00) it will take him approx. a hour and a half to get the part and return @ $90.00 a hour it's going to cost $135.00 in his time just to go and get the part plus time already spent to diagnosis plus the time it was going to take to install the part. Darren estimated the charge would be at least $500.00 I proposed he order the part, have it delivered to their warehouse and return to install at a later date. Darren then advises me he may not be able to get the heat running again and that he had to go get the part today. I was not comfortable with this. He calls his boss again and then proceeds to tell his boss the heat wasn't working when he arrived. Which was not true. I talked to his boss. I could tell by his tone this was an inconvenience and he was not interested in trying to help me. The boss advised me if I didn't like the way Darren was doing the job he would pack up and leave. WHAT? It is 14 degrees outside and he's going to leave me with no heat? I asked him to at least try and get the heat going like it was prior to the service call. Darren was able to accomplish this in just a second. He left with the understanding he would order the part and have it delivered to his warehouse then return to install part the next week. After discussing with my husband it was decided to cancel the part order and go with another professional. My impression was Quality was trying to run up the service hours and did not have my best interest in mind. I actually found out the part was available for $107.00 on line. I had to insist on paper work before Darren left my home. The professionalism was poor at best. I have paid the $90.00 service charge.

Absolutely amazing service, quality, and value. We live in a 120 year old home that is challenging to heat and cool. Quality Heating and Cooling surpassed our expectations! The owner and his son are excellent at what they do and they do it in a timely and respectful ( cleaning up the job site) manner. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were recommended to me by a friend. They are always on time and come on the day they say. This is a small family owned business. I have always had the best service with them.

The service was excellent. There was a little misunderstanding but it was taken care of and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a very positive experience. Rich was friendly, helpful and quick. We live right across the street from Quality, so he came over and since the work was so minimal he did it free of charge! We only moved in 2 months ago, so it was a great welcome to the neighborhood!

Rich Wagner, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and fair. He makes it all very easy to understand.

They answered my call, made an appointment to produce an estimate, produced the estimate all within two days. They showed up on time to begin the work and had one unit fully installed and operating by the end of the day which was a Friday. On Monday morning they showed up and began working on the second unit and completed this installation within approximately 5 hours. This is a Father and Son team. Have been in business a long long time. Check the BBB on their length of service in St. Louis. They are located in Webster Groves. We are very happy with the B ryant units and the quality of Quality Heating and Air Cond. Very professional. Put shoe covers on before entering the house every time. They left everything as clean as it was before they started. I will call them in again when we need to replace our furnaces. They are A+

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEM. HE STARTED DOING REPAIR AND FOUND OUT THE COMPRESSOR WAS BLOWN. HE TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED A NEW ONE. JUST MADE REPAIRS.
