PROPERTY CONCEPTS

Rob and his company did an excellent job for us with our second floor extension, adding four bedrooms and a full bathroom to our second floor. He worked with us to get the right design that fit tastefully with the aesthetic of our neighborhood. His pricing was reasonable; his subcontractors were professional and well-supervised. He did most of the work in miserable weather with minimal disruption to our family. He helped maximize our space with unique suggestions for adding even more closets than we had in our original design. The work came in well within the time limit he gave us (two months total for the job---which was amazing!). and only about 8% higher than the original bid due to modifications we chose to make during the process. He has been responsible and professional with any follow up work (which has been minimal). He used quality supplies and materials. He did not take any shortcuts with city inspectors and wanted to make sure that everything was done to maximize safety and comfort for our family. We recommend him without reservation.

Had estimate on 8/28 for several projects. Estimator VERY nice/knowedgable. Admittedly very busy with jobs. Agreed to call me back w/#'s. I called 9/6 to find out status. Excuse (from wife) they are busy with work (poor explanation to a customer). Stated I needed to know either way - don't leave me hanging if you can't do it I need to find someone. Said husband would call, he did, same day. Said had family obligations & would get back with me on 9/11 w/some numbers. That's was fine, things come up. I choose them, ad sounded great, everything I needed done. Really interested in having them do the work. No follow up is bad c/s. A simple, we are not able to take on your projects at this time. Still have not recd a call. Today is 9/14, so I will move on and keep looking for a contractor. Batting 2 for 2 with Angie's list. My time is important as well, not a good sign if I have to continue to call to see if they want my business. Sure they do great work when they take the job. Disappointed.

I find it very unprofessional not to respond to potential customers with a final withdrawal from a bid process. This leaves the potential customer hanging and uncertain on whether to seek alternate contractor bids.

Rob is very professional, easy to work with, prompt and a fast worker. Living on a corner lot, we get tons of complements on the beauty of our porch! It was a great experience working with Property Concepts.
