+ -1 moreBased on BBB’s high review, my husband & I hired Promise Home Works to install grab bars. They convinced us to hire them to remodel one bathroom and update another bathroom. We could have gotten a few days job like one in a hotel, but we paid more for tiled floor and walls, affordable high end plumbing fixtures & countertops. The grab bars look more like towel racks, the toilets are chair height, and shower plumbing suitable for young, seniors, & in-between age people. Promise Home salesman Rich & Norm, office Lisa & Heather, Supervisor Mike, and carpenters Mike and Cory are top notch.

+ -1 moreEveryone involved was so friendly and helpful,starting with Ken and Mike who came out to see what it was that I wanted done on this job. If I wasn't sure of what to do they gave me suggestions and explained things. Lisa in the office had to contact me about things that needed to be ordered for my half wall and she was very pleasant and reassuring. I can't say enough good things about Mike and Corey who came out to do the work. They were always on time every day. Very pleasant, courteous, respectful and very very knowledgeable. They always stopped to take the time to answer any of my questions. They made sure to clean up every day before they left my house,also covered my furniture and drapes with plastic to keep the dust off of them. I am very very pleased with their work and will be requesting the two of them for my next projects in the future!!😊
Description of Work: Removed the wall between my living room and my kitchen,because of that there were electric lines that had to be moved,heat/air conditioning ducts that had to be cut out,removed all layers of flooring in kitchen and installed new sub floor and new flooring that I picked out. Also took down a half wall in kitchen and replaced with new balusters and railing(which I requested to paint or stain at a later time). They had to install new beam because it was a load bearing wall,and trimmed with wood which I will stain at a later date.
