Professional Clean Teams

Description of Work: They don't have an answering machine, and never answer the phone. I think this is a scam company. Beware living social deal.

Description of Work: Two people - Ray and another lady - came to do two hours of cleaning each. They were beyond horrible. They basically did NOTHING! When I checked my bathrooms afterward, they had not cleaned the mirrors. They did not empty the trash. They did not clean the floors. They "cleaned" the glass in the shower in the master bath and it was so smeared and awful that it took me 20 minutes to clean. The only thing they did in the kitchen was clean the counter tops. The stove top is dirty. They swept the floor but did not mop it. It was still sticky and I spent an hour cleaning my kitchen after they left. I have had many cleaners in the past and most have said my house is tremendously easy to do because all of the clutter is out of the way. That's how it was when they came. It didn't matter. When they were "finished" with 40 minutes left, I asked if they had vacuumed the upstairs and also could they clean a bathroom in my basement. They didn't like that but one grudingly "cleaned" the basement bathroom. The other one went and sat at a chair in the kitchen, which I didn't realize until I saw her about 20 minutes later. After they left, I realized my kitchen table had not been cleaned a bit. There were still pieces of rice on it from the dinner the night before. She SAT there for 20 minutes but did not clean the table! They did not vacuum upstairs as I asked. I can't figure what they did at all! Horrible, horrible, horrible. I feel I was robbed and cheated. DON'T use them. They are the worst cleaners I have had in 30 years!!!! It's money down the drain.
