On 10/31/06, I hired this company to rent and manage my property. The total for this was $1,500. We signed a contract detailing the terms of the agreement. Tony, the owner and City of STL officer was to find renters and and collect the payments and send them to me. Tony was to pay all advertising costs and costs associated with advertising the property. He required an upfront fee of $1000 and then asked for an escrow amount for repairs totaling $500. Once the property was rented, he was to receive 5% of rent as commission. His fee was basically one month's rent and then 5% on top of that. I agreed and paid Tony the $1500. Tony lied to me telling me he hired a handy man to fix several items the house needed. None of the work Tony charged me for was completed. I tried to reach Tony for weeks, I left messages, sent emails and even called his work and left messages. I never received a response. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and he never responded to their calls or emails.
