Nothing has been resolved and they do not know when they can get back to pick up the trash that is now all over the street. I will pick it up, because if it stays as is, the animals will scatter it all over. (15 minutes have past). Called them again. DID get to talk to a supervisor. They are SUPPOSE to have a driver come pick up trash today, but they will NOT pick up trash on street. i told them I would do that because if not, it will go every where. We will see what happens.
Description of Work: Would not pick up all trash and trash would end up all over the street and lawns. When calling company, got nothing done. Tried to get to supervisors. Was told they would call back, but never did. The last time I insisted to talk to supervisor. I was put on hold and stayed there until the line went dead 20 minutes later. I had to chase the trash truck several times with items in hand they left at curb. One time the driver kicked over 5 or 6 large trash containers because he suspected leaves mixed in with the trash. The trash remained all over the street and he drove away.
