I've used them for over 15 years, and they do excellent work. They've built me a gazebo, fixed pavers around my swimming pool, and repaired columns for me among other things. It's a small company and scheduling can depend on the amount of work they have going.

They put new marble in, as well as glass shower doors. Everything turned out beautifully. Craig, the owner is a very hands-on owner. He returns phone calls very quickly. He had a lot of good ideas and tried to make things reasonably priced. Brad was his liason to us, and he was wonderful too. They're very detailed with the work. They have high standards and take pride in their work. If there is a problem, they were quick to start over.

Craig will show up to provide an on-site estimate. You can trust him enough to give him a key and let you know when he's finished.

Excellent. Craig has great ideas for the best use of space, is very clean and timely, and corrects any issues quickly and completely to our satisfaction. We used them again to do some kitchen updates in 2010 and will be using them in 2013 to finish the lower level in our new house.

It went fantastic. After I contacted 3 companies to get bids, Craig was really quick to respond and set up a time for him to come and take a look at what the project would be. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to respond on time with a quote. We had a really warm week in January to do the work so the morning we signed the contract he had someone out starting work on it which I thought was great. All the digging was done by hand which was great because we had a fence so he didn't have to take any of that down to get machinery in. We couldn't be happier with the window. It looks sharp and professional and I'm not having any water issues.

They were late getting me a quote and I had to call for a followup to get the quote. The quote was 40-50% higher than all of my other quotes.

It went very well. From start to finish. They were courteous and professional. They gave us very good advice and strictly adhered to building codes. The proprietor, Craig, was a pleasure to work with. He helped tremendously during the planning stages and was accessible to us throughout the process. The omnicompetent person who did the work on our bathroom was perfectionistic and similarly helpful in answering our questions. They finished on time. We were very pleased and happy with them and with the results. They did a great job. We'd recommend them to anyone.

He did good work and cleaned up after - nothing left behind. Very pleased that the electric stayed on - winter is cold in St. Louis and the house would have gotten cold.

We would rate them the top we have ever had. They are right on time and the price is good. Their price was very competitive. They have never once not been punctual or on schedule. We had talked to 4 other people that used them and they were $30,000 less than other quotes we got. It is like a no brainer because they are seriously that good. It is very high quality work and they don?t mess around with quality. They respond immediately. They are going to be doing another very large project for us.

Anything you need, he knows where to get them for you. You name it he can solve your problems! Whoever he recommends does a great job.

It hasn't gone well. He knew immediately that I was dissatisfied with the work, and assured me that he would fix any problems. After multiple discussions, the gentleman said he was unable to fix the issues because the problem was the result of defective materials. I then had the supplier, Pro Source, out to inspect the materials, and he retorted that the floor had been installed improperly not that the materials were defective.

This guy's the real deal. He arrived on time, displayed genuine interest in resolving my issues both properly and cost-effectively, and explained everything in plain English. He talked me out of several more expensive approaches I was considering and instead chose a much cheaper yet great-looking solution. He also showed an unusual perfectionism, quite rare in the construction trade, working until he and I felt it all looked "right". We were very pleased with the results, and the price was very reasonable considering the actual quality of advice and craftsmanship. Craig exemplifies the meaninglessness of contractors being "licensed" or "unlicensed" by a given city, which it turns out is WORTH BUPKISS. They pay a $100 bucks or whatever for the paperwork to the government, with nothing else- no education or tests- involved. It's harder to get a dog license. Mr Storandt is insured, had numerous excellent references, pictures of completed projects over many years from a wide range of homes/neighborhoods, and his business relies virtually 100% on referrals- all qualities which actually matter. We will certainly use him again as needed.
