I wasn't dissatisfied in any way.

Went downstairs Wednesday morning and saw a puddle of water, realized the drain pipe from my bathtub had rotted and cracked. I called Plumbing Masters and the guy on the phone said it would be no problem. 20 minutes later Brian showed up. I showed him the problem and he told me they had a set fee for this problem. I told him to go ahead and he set to work. He was calm and not in a rush and did the job right. I checked in on him several times while he was working and he was always friendly. He finished the job in about 2 hours, everything looked fine. It's nice to find someone to work on your house that knows what they are doing and doesn't rush through the job and get agitated while working. I will definitely use them again.

They showed up on time, the work was extremely fast and efficient, and the price was great. The clean up could have been a little better, but since the price was so great I did not mind that it was a little messy.

Rick showed up exactly on time and was very polite and curtious. He not only fixed the issue, but he also replaced a supply tube that another plumber had put on just Saturday. He also took the time to check our main shut off to the water to make sure it was working properly since it is an older house. Rick gave us the senior discount, plus the 10% coupon we had. He didn't waste time on cell phones or anything else and got the job done, cleaned up after himself and was gone within the hour. Very efficient and quick and everything worked properly when he was done. We have used this company several times and their prices have always been fair and they've always been on time and friendly. If you get voice mail, leave a message and they WILL call you back the same day, even on Saturday or Sunday.

Larry, arrived on time. I was disappointed to see that he moved the towels I put down to protect our new granite and sat things right down right on top. He originally installed the faucet a little crooked, but he fixed it. Even with the "re-do", he was finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes, so we were glad that he made good time. He handed me the bill it was for $225 and it wasn t itemized. I was a little puzzled since 1 3/4 hours at $88 an hour would be $154 and all he needed in the way of parts was less than a foot of copper line and two brass fittings. When we questioned him about it, he said that copper was expensive and they normally charge $250 for a job like that. That would have been fine if that's what we were told in the beginning, however, we were specifically told they do NOT charge by the job, but $88/hour in 1/4 hour increments plus parts. After all that, we were surprised that the new garbage disposal was so loud. We later learned he left a piece of plastic in it.

I got an estimate in July, and made arrangements to have the work done at the end of August. They arrived on the day that was stated. Did the work, and hauled away the debris.

Rick was on time. He was polite. The price for the plumbing inspection was reasonable. My only reservation about using his company was his response to our asking if he'd sign a lien waiver. He said, ''Yeah, if you want to go that way''. In my experience lien waivers are just standard procedure so I was a little surprised by his response. I might use this company again but with reservations based only on that one comment. Even though Rick had the best estimate for the work and seemed the most thorough compared to the other two plumbing companies we had do inpections and evaluations, the response to the lien waiver question caused us to select another company to do the work.

SAID HE COULD NOT REPLACE THE PIPE WITHOUT REPLACING OUR WHOLE BATHROOM PIPE SYSTEM, WHICH DID NOT MEET CODE. GAVE US A BID FOR $1400. A SECOND OPTION FROM ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY SAID IT WAS UP TO CODE AND REPLACED THE PIPE FOR $260. THIS COMPANY TRIED TO RIP US OFF.

IT WAS REAL GOOD. THEY CAME OUT ON TIME AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND WERE GONE 20 MINUTES LATER.
