 + -1 moreHe has been here working on our house for two months and we probably have another three months to go. He's on top of everything. He's responsive and communicative. I can call him on his cell phone on the weekends. He's very knowledgeable and really thorough. We looked at a lot of different bids and I felt safest with him.

 + -1 moreOverall, we were pleased with Prifti. They were thorough and detailed. They managed their subcontractors well, and kept on schedule. A few minor items lingered at the end, and a few items took pushing on our end to get wrapped up to our satisfaction. As with any major renovation, it can often be difficult and challenging to manage, and this one was no different - overall the did a very good job.
Description of Work: Major kitchen renovation, major renovation of master and kids' bathrooms, electric service upgrade, added air conditioning (2 units for entire house), hardwood floor refinishing, added laundry room upstairs.

 + -1 moreThey quoted just over $5,000 to replace the balcony, and they wanted to use the same floor boards that are already there. They look okay to me also, but the price seemed a little high for using the same floor boards.

 + -1 moreWORK CREW WAS VERY CORDIAL, WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE, WORK REVIEWED BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AND CONSIDERED VERY HIGH QUALITY, BID WAS LOWEST OF 3, MR PRIFTI IS LOW KEY, FRIENDLY, QUALITY ORIENTED. PROJECT COMPLETED 2 YEARS AGO AND NO SIGNIFICANT PROBLEMS.

 + -1 moreTHE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOM WOODWORKING. THE ADDITION BLENDS INTO THE HOUSE VERY WELL. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE FEW CALL-BACK ISSUES SINCE THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED.
