Steve showed up on time and got started right away on the exterior of the home while he waited for us to get there. Once we arrived, he got right to work on the inside of the home. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Friendly, fast, and patient with my questions!

Pioneer pest is great. They return calls quickly and are usually able to come out within a week. I have used other companies to spray for bugs and I have not been as pleased with anyone as Pioneer. I can tell a huge difference after they spray for Mosquitos. The last time we used another company, the Mosquitos returned almost immediately! All the staff are also super friendly.

We heard something in our attic and knew it was a critter. We called Pioneer Pest the next AM and Tom was able to come out that same day. He was cautious and decided we should monitor the problem w/ traps and came up with a plan in a few days. He came back after a few days, took out the traps and decided to go ahead with the outside feeding station system. He is knowledgeable, honest and professional. We will use Pioneer Pest again!

They have always been great, friendly and have reasonable fees. They solve all our problems.

It went great! The owner Steve came and he did the treatment on the inside, outside, and in the garage on our home. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgable. I am happy with his services.

We found them on Angie's List. They were nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. They came in, did the preliminary of the house and got rid of the ants. They were here on time.

They did general pest control work in the yard. They were very nice and polite. They were reasonable in price. They are very friendly.

I called Pioneer Pest Management on the recommendation of a friend. I had been seeing ants on the kitchen counter and was unable to find the source of the problem. I also had a minor problem with spiders, mostly in the basement. Tom responded promptly to my call and set up an appointment quickly. He was very thorough in his treatment of the house and explained all the steps he was taking. He assured me that the treatment was not harmful to pets, since we have a dog. He also said that they guaranteed the treatment. That was good, because that night we had a large storm, which washed away some of the outside treatment. A few days later I saw several ants again indoors, and Tom came back right away and retreated the kitchen and the outside of the house, at no additional cost to me. That time he discovered the probable source of the ant problem, by following a long trail. He could not have been more friendly, professional, and helpful. I will definitely hire his company regularly now.

I had talked to Steve on the phone and told him I was having a mouse problem, but I had two small dogs and did not want poison put down. He said he could help me, he came over and put down about 12 special traps that were covered, so that my dogs could not get into them. He came back in two days and checked the traps and reset them again. He also went all over the inside and outside of my home and sealed spaces that a mouse could possibly use to get inside, I have a 90 year old home so he found quite a few places. He came back in two more days and again the next week. He caught a mouse and I have not had anymore signs of mice in the house. He did exactly what he said he would do and charged me the quoted fee.

Steve is very knowledgeable about his trade, offering advice & suggestions on how to better keep pests away from our house. He is very friendly & respects our house while he is there...he even wears shoe covers to avoid tracking in dirt :) We will continue to use his services & would highly recommend him to others!
