Description of Work: They did some tuck pointing and a gutter replacement.

+ -1 moreIt was difficult to choose between the two roofing companies we considered. In the end, the other guys were more cost-effective for us due to the fact that Petko wanted to strip all the old roofing material off... that being the "right thing" to do, but not in our budget.
Description of Work: We didn't hire Petko but they were extremely professional and gave us a very fair quote. We also got two personal references about the high quality of their work.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE TIMELY IN RESPONDING TO INITIAL CALL FOR ESTIMATE AND ESTIMATE WAS WITHIN RANGE. PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR WORK, CALL WAS MADE TO SEE HOW LONG BEFORE WORK WOULD BE DONE. WAS TOLD 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS. AFTER 14 WORKING DAYS, I STILL HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING SO I CALLED, VERIFIED THEY HAD RECEIVED CONTRACT AND ASKED WHEN WORK MIGHT BE DONE AND REMINDED HER THAT I NEEDED 2-3 DAY NOTICE SO I COULD TAKE OFF WORK TO BE HOME TO TAKE CARE OF PET THAT WAS OUTSIDE. OFFICE PERSON SAID SHE WOULD HAVE TO ASK AND GET BACK WITH ME. IT WAS ANOTHER 8 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THEY CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO COME OUT TO DO THE WORK. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE RESPONSE TIME AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION, AS IT HELD UP OTHER PROJECTS AND INCONVENIENCED ME TIME WISE. THEY DID SHOW UP AT APPOINTED TIME DAY OF WORK AND HAD ENOUGH WORKERS TO COMPLETE JOB IN QUICK FASHION AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY TRASH BEHIND AND DID GET THE BILLING INVOICE TO ME IN 2 DAYS.
Description of Work: CONTRACT TO SWEEP ROOFTOP CLEAN, DO MINOR FLASHING REPAIR AND HOT TAR MOP THE ROOF.
