1. Spent over 1 hour examining roof to provide 31 step proposal. 2. Provided a very competitive cost estimate given all the work performed. 3. Arrived on-site when promised. 4. Crew was very professional and hard-working. 5. Quality appeared to be excellent from ground level. 6. Had post construction inspection by different employee. 7. After completion, replaced one vent with new unit that had to use old unit. (No one would have known the difference.) 8. Clean-up was excellent.

They didn’t need anyone at home to give the quote. They were quick in giving us the quote. I would probably use them in the future.

My homeowner's warranty company (HSA) referred them. They were quick to schedule an estimate and the estimator was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The warranty company did not cover the entire cost of the project. I asked for a bid for the project since most of the cost I'd be absorbing. I was given a verbal bid that day. It took a week to get it a bid in writing. Once I accepted their bid they were slow to respond in regards to scheduling the work. Granted we had a lot of rain which delayed the project but the communication during the waiting period was poor. The work did included a 12 yr. manufacturer issued warranty and a 5 yr labor guarantee. Overall the project was done well. The debris resulting from the project was cleaned up and disposed of. However, I did see quite a few nails they missed and a lot of cigarette butts that were not picked up around my house jobsite.

Our homeowner's warranty company referred them. We called to see if they could come the same day before the snowstorm hit and they were very accommodating. They actually sent someone out within an hour. They were very professional and the service was very prompt. We paid our deductible of $100.

They did a really good job and they did it fast too. They came on the weekend and did the work and did not even charge us then. They charged us afterward.
