Pavia Contracting

I called Tony Pavia as he was referenced to me by another company that used his services. Tony came out right away and went over in detail what the job would involve. We had torn out a deck, and the area had to be dug out and leveled, and involved quite a bit of hand labor to accomplish the job. Due to having to access another patio to reach this area, manual labor was used to remove everything so as not to compromise the surface or area of the other patio. This eliminated bringing in machinery that might damage this area, even though I was assured by another company that this was feasible. I was not comfortable with that idea, because of the weight of the machinery on the lower patio surface. There was also a lot of concrete to dig out from the old deck. Tony was able to give us a price on the spot, and gave me websites to look up colors and patterns of the concrete, then called me back later to tell me about a supplier that had sample areas that I could go view. I did go to the supplier, and along with their product and what I saw on the website, Tony was able to perfectly match the design and color I came up with. Tony was very personable, and very accomodating. He is knowledgable about his trade, and very easy to work with. I was very satisfied with the job, and even had him come back and enlarge and reset the lower paver patio to compliment the newly installed patio.
