So-so. We interviewed three different realtors and went with Patti because we thought she had the most experience and could help us focus on purchasing home in an area with good resale value. After we started looking for a home we felt as if Patti was streched a little too thin and we didn't get her full attention. She was constantly on the phone when showing us houses. Patti does tend to focus on high end property, which we were not looking at, but the same could be said for our realtor in Arizona and she treated us like royalty. I felt as if I had to keep on top of Patti and her assistant to get everything squared away. I had to order the appriasal (we paid cash for the house), we had to order the home inspection, I had to remind them 5-6 times to order the title insurance policy, and other details like those. My previous realtor did all of that for us. Overall I felt as if she added very little value to the overall process. She was merely an avenue to see houses.
