 + -1 moreWe have utilized Patrick Moore Construction several times over the past 20 years and without exception he has always returned an excellent project. Friends have commented his prices are higher than other bidders, he is however competitive. I suggest they follow the old axiom "you get what you pay for". PM Construction does excellent work.
Description of Work: We contracted with Patrick Moore Construction to rebuild a crumbling front porch on our 19th century home. Patrick acted as a general contractor and recruited demolition, masons, cement and ironwork specialists to rebuild the brick porch and staris, as well as procuring an architect and necessary permits. The footer and foundation for the 120yo porch were found to be inadequate and far removed from current code requirements, so the roof was supported and the brick structure removed. An incredibly sound foundation was poured, brick walls reconstucted and slabs and steps excellently poured, finished and glazed. His choice of brick makes it imperceptible that the bricks chosen were not of the original house; we have had NUMEROUS compliments as to the quality and appearance of our new porch.
