Joe Schmersahl was very nice to deal with, though there was a communication problem that probably originated with the siding company who ordered the front door. He negotiated with the manufacturer for me, visiting my home with the manufacturer's representative. When a new front door was seriously delayed in arriving, he did his best to alleviate my dissatisfaction.
Description of Work: The amount paid was actually to the siding company who installed the new front door. There was a problem with its finish and appearance, and since the siding company would not deal with it, I called their representative at ABC Supply Co. Inc. after being advised to do so by a siding company supervisor.
