Nu-View Replacement Windows & Doors

David Manser came out twice, once to give an estimate and then to explain to my husband what the windows would look like. He was very professional and answered all our questions and explained exactly what the process would be like. He and his crew came out 2 or 3 weeks later installed the new windows and removed the old triple track. They clean up after themselves. It was a excellent experience. I highly recommend this company.

It went very well. They were here when they said they would be and cleaned up well. They were efficient and deliberate on time. They also did a follow up call which I appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are the best. I liked that they were on time, professional, had good clean up and good tear down. They were courteous and had good employees. The management came to do the bid and came back to make sure the job was done correctly.

Nu-View did an amazing job from start to finish. Dave came out and measured all of our windows to give us an estimate. He was fast and efficient in getting all of the measurements. He is a zero pressure kind of guy. We appreciate that. I just will not buy anything from a high pressured sales pitch. Dave made us feel very comfortable. He gave us an estimate right on the spot. The pricing was extremely good compared to what we had been quoted previously by another company. Once we saw the quality of the windows after the installation, it made the value even better. The install of windows was completed in one day. The professionalism and workmanship was top notch. Cleanup was superb. You would never even know they were there. The windows are beautiful and very solid. It is pretty amazing how much new windows can change the look of your house for the better. We couldn't be more pleased. We will have Dave and his crew replace a garage window and some basement windows at a later date. I highly recommend Nu-View.

Nu-View is a great company to work with. Dave Manser is the gentleman I worked with to set up the job. He was quick in returning my calls, punctual, professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Without looking at my insurance estimate ahead of time, his estimate of the cost of the work was the same. He came out several days ahead of the scheduled work day to pick up all of the screens so they could re-screen them. On the day of the job they were on time, worked quickly, finished on time and left our yard and house clean. The work is excellent - looks great! When we found out that we needed to have this work done, Nu-View was the only company we called. We didn't shop around because we had used them two years ago to put new windows in our sunroom. We had worked with Dave at that time and had been very happy with the service and quality of the windows. These are not cheap windows, mind you. I'm sure you will find windows for a cheaper price elsewhere - but with Nu-View you will definitely get what you pay for. They were originally recommended to us by the people who own Home Eco on Macklind because their windows are very energy efficient. Oh, and just a side note - Dave and his fellow installer were kind enough to let me bring my dog out to greet them and sniff on them so that he wouldn't be freaked out all day seeing them at the windows! We will use Nu-View again the next time we need windows or the like!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Dave/Nu View Windows & Doors! He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job. I called Nu View Window at the end of a Friday, and Dave fit me in for an estimate the next morning. His price was good and did not vary after the job was done. In fact, they performed 2 additional services that I brought up later for free. We had broken thermal seals on 4 windows and wanted to replace those windows. The windows were installed the following Friday. We also had a screen that needed to be repaired, and Dave took care of it on the spot! His co-worker simply took the screen to their truck and came back with it rescreened, and amazingly, Dave did not charge me for this! On top of that, he fixed our patio door at no charge! And these two additional services were done quickly and for free before Dave even knew that I had gotten his name from Angie's List. It was one of the 2 best experiences I've ever had with repairs. I called Dave on a Tuesday morning. By lunch time, he had measured our glass and called me with the price and the date he could have the glass. Three days later, Dave called and was able to come and install it. We really appreciate that there was no two hour window. Dave asked us what time would work for us and he was right on time. Dave was very professional, courteous and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing window replacements.

My experience was very good in all aspects. When I did have a problem with the door, they were right out to fix it. The person I worked with was very nice, professional, and very easy to work with. He gave me his time. He didn't rush me in selecting what I wanted.

Dave came on May 28th and gave us a bid. He followed up quickly and made an appt. at our convienience. He arrived promptly and was very nice. He quickly installed the new window. He found the window stripping was old & the window was not staying open, showed us how to easily clean the window which was not told to us when house was purchaced. He had the material for the stripping and for a fair price replaced the stripping. Window stays in place now for easy cleaning. Everything went very well and not rushed, but quickly and professionally fixed it all. It was not complicated. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want as many do. I am sure there will be more windows in need of repair or replacement in the future and he will be out first call. Dave was pleasant and explained things with a mild manner and respectfulness. It wasn't a large job, yet he treated it as just as important. Which is always a nice thing.

We received bids from 3 of the highest rated companies on Angie's List for door replacement, including Nu-View. Every company was professional, on time, and impressive with their presentations. One company we decided not to go with because they were priced higher and because it was a representative who came to the house, not one of the people who would be doing the installation. The other two, Nu-View included, sent the owner over to speak with us, which was impressive. Their presentations were great, but something stood out about Nu-View. The owner is extremely friendly, timely, and definitely knows what he's talking about. My wife wasn't home when he came over, and he offered to come back with his computer program just so she could see everything as well. His quote was initially right in the middle, but he ended up coming in cheapest as he knocked $200 off the price (and not because we told him he wasn't the cheapest). The quality of their doors is phenomenal, and it looks great. The work took half a day, and they did a fantastic job of clean up. We will definitely use them in the future!

We checked with several companies and got bids. Two companies were quite a bit higher priced and another company was close to the NuView price. What convinced me was that Dave the owner is on site for the installation and I mean start to finish. When they finished they asked if we were satisfied.We were so pleased with Nu View service and products that we asked for a bid on four other windows. We liked this price too and signed a new contract for more windows. Dave delivers a quality product at a fair price.

Dave was polite and prompt, and he made me feel very comfortable about the entire process. Nu-View's bid came in the lowest, and it was a very low-pressure sales situation. He also fixed a non-window related problem without charging us out of the goodness of his heart. Our new glass looks beautiful, and I would absolutely use Nu-View again.

Dave's a stand-up guy. The entire process was painless from beginning to end. Everything went exactly the way he said it would. Quality product and quality professional installation. Would recommend to anyone.

I had 3 bids from angies list A listers. All quoted and did a fine job in their presentations. Nu-View was not the lowest price but I became confident in Dave's professionalism right from the start. Very helpful to look at these reports of his past work as well. Dave presented his product, quoted on time. He then followed up properly and answered some questions that I had about the product. He wasn't sure about one of the questions and instead of making something up, he researched the answer and got back to me. That is the way to do it!! He set up the appointment to come out and do the replacement which took 2 days. Finished the work as promised and our windows look great. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Dave!

Everything went beautifully. Polite, non-pressured estimates by owner, appointments kept on time. Work done expeditiously. Cleanup unusually thorough. Work was complete, attractive, and well-done. Dave (the owner) made the presentations and estimate, and was on the job at all times. One misuderstanding (my fault) required a revisit for one window. The problem was corrected cheerfully, and with no additional charges to me. Completely professional start to finish. I will use this company again if the occasion warants and recommend them to anyone.

Extremely fast coming out to give the estimate. Estimate was much, much less than expected. Took all of about an hour to replace the pane of glass. Great craftsmanship, you can't tell that there was ever a problem with the window. Highly reccommend.

Dave Mansen, the owner, was flexible with scheduling and performed the estimate and installation himself. The job was performed professionally and the site was clean by 4:00 PM.

Couldn't have went any better. Didn't nickel/dime you on pricing. Pricing was very competitive. Took about 3 weeks to get the windows ordered and in stock...Once in stock, they came out and installed...completed before Thanksgiving which was my target. Arrived on time, took about 5-6 hours. Cleaned everything up, no mess after they completed the work. Very happy with their work and the company!

The price was fair, reasonable and competitive. The installation was done professionally, neat and clean. After several months of observation the windows and door are performing excellent.

Dave was prompt in getting us an estimate. We received 3 bids and NuView was priced competitively with the other bids. Dave and crew did the install shortly thereafter. They were on time and cleaned up the worksite. There was one window that couldn't be replaced with the others (per OUR request) and they accomodated us. The window quality is good and made a big difference in our heating bill and blocking out noise.

I was going to replace just one window at first as it was in the middle of my kitchen which was being renovated. However, upon meeting Dave and seeing the product, I was very impressed and had him give me a quote to essentially replace all the older windows in our home. The price was very reasonable and the windows came in exactly in the time frame he quoted me (3-4wks). The installation went smoothly. The cleanup was impeccable. Dave called a day or so after the work was complete to make sure that I had no questions/concerns and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our experience was 100% positive. If I had any other windows to replace, I would use this company!! In particular, the effort that Dave puts forth to make sure the customer is informed and happy makes this company stand out.
