Nu-View Replacement Windows & Doors

Dave was professional and thorough from start to finish. He is a real pro who takes pride in his work and doesn't try to take shortcuts. The windows look excellent and they were super in cleaning up. We are planning on having NuView replace all the rest of our windows later this year. He is our first choice for windows and doors from now on. He deserves the A rating. If there was anything higher I would give him that rating. Thanks for a super job!

Dave and his crew were great. Easy to work with and delivered on all aspects of the job. They showed up on time for appointment and day of job. They finished faster than we expected and cleaned up. There was no sign that they'd been there except new beautiful windows.

They came last week, Thursday and did my mother’s windows. They are on the time of schedule. They cleaned up everything – every piece of item. They put all windows backs, blinds, everything. They are neat and tidy people and the owner was on the site that is what I wanted. They put back every single item if everything was arrayed whether it is vacuuming or anything they took care of it. Their price is reasonable. My mom was very pleased.

I made an appointment with Dan Manser shortly after our first phone contact. He came out, inspected all the windows, took measurements and made his recommendations. When all the parts were assembled, we made another appointment for the installation. It took less than an hour for the two men to make all the repairs, including repairing the screens in their truck. He was even able to repair a Pella screen which he initially thought he could not do because they use a different system. I was very pleased and will call Dan again in the future should I need any of his services.

Dave is the only person who will ever replace windows in our home. After calling many of the "$189" window companies, we realized quickly that no windows cost $189. Dave's bid was competitive with the other companies who falsely advertised, and I liked that he didn't use a misleading ad to get himself into our home to make a sales pitch. Not to mention we had planned on using the highest quality glass he had for our big picture window and he talked us out of it. He could have made a lot more money off of us, but he sold us what he thought we needed for our climate. He covered all the furniture in my daughters' rooms and he cleaned up perfectly. The windows look amazing, too. No reason to look any further than Nu View.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. I had been researching replacement windows for 6 months and I had discovered it was best to see the product first before having someone come to my home. I first met Dave at his location so that I could see the windows before scheduling an appointment at my home. I was impressed with both Dave and the replacement windows and we set up a time to meet at my home. Dave was very accommodating to work with my schedule. Dave explained the process and everything happened just like he described.

Excellent company. My request for an extimate was answered promptly. Dave Manser, the owner, arrived on time and gave me a professionel estimate. Explained everything well without pressure to buy. The price was lower than I had expected. The installation happened when promised. Dave and his assistant arrived on time again. They did a fantastic job working in 20 degree weather. The windows look beautiful. Everything was caulked and clean. They took the old windows and left no mess whatsoever in any of the rooms.

From his initial consultation, Dave, the president of the company, clearly explained everything about his products and installation process as well as answered all of my questions completely. I received multiple window quotes, and chose Nu-View based on Dave's knowledge and experience, and the quality and value of his windows. The windows arrived when he said they would and the installation went very smoothly. Dave was onsite the entire time, his installers were friendly, and they completely cleaned up after the installation. The windows are great, as well as the screens!

Dave was prompt with his replies to emails, kept us up-to-date on the delivery of the windows, and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. On the day the work was to begin, he and another worker arrived on time after calling ahead (another man was sick that day). It was going to be a 2-3-day job, and they finished up in the afternoon of the 3rd day. They cleaned up after themselves and used covers to protect the floors and carpets. It was a fairly dirty job so we had to clean and dust after they were finished; nothing I wouldn't expect, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. There was a minor mishap with something falling off the wall and damaging the baseboard, which they repaired without problem. Dave also adjusted some blinds in the windows in the basement for us even though they did not have to move them to replace the windows. They were all pleasant and as unobtrusive as possible, and Dave, especially, was eager that everything was done properly and thoroughly. One unexpected thing we did not anticipate was needing to do any repairs on the window sills, as we had not read about that when looking for replacement windows. The paint on many of them had minor scrapes, enough to need re-touching (although some need it anyway) and some need minor repairs. However, we're not sure it could have been avoided as we realize windows can be very heavy and awkward. I only mention this to let other people know they might have to do some touching up afterwards. (Dave didn't leave until he felt we were satisfied, and we had looked at the windows and sliders themselves, but had not inspected the sills very closely at that time and only noticed it later.) The vinyl windows are not as bulky and noticeable as I personally had feared: they look good and seem to be helping to eliminate the drafts we would get from our old aluminum windows. We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Dave and NuView to others. It is hard to find nice, quality people that offer good workmanship, value and professionalism, and we appreciate Dave and his crew for providing those.

We have had an excellent experience with Nu-View from the very first consultation all the way through installation. Dave was very knowledgable, pleasant, and most of all, punctual. We met with several companies prior to making our decision. Our decision was not simply based on price, we scoured reviews and also took into account personal credibility. All these culminated in our selection of Nu-View. The Nu-View team provided proactive communication throughout the process. Not once did we have to call them. In our experience, it is very challenging to find someone who will call you when they say they will and actually show up to perform the work when they are scheduled to. With Nu-View that was not the case. They exceeded our expectations! Not only were the windows hand cleaned, the exterior and interior of our house was left in pristine condition. FANTASTIC! Dave and his crew were polite, respectful, organized, NEAT, and fast!!! They arrived at 9am and were done (including all the cleanup) by 2:30pm. I cannot express enough how impressed I am w their work. I will definitely recommend Dave and his company to any- and everyone!

NuView was wonderful to work with. The owner was very knowledgable when he presented their windows to us and the price was very reasonable. When they installed the windows we were amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the project and they cleaned up perfectly after they left. We have had a lot of renovations done to our house in the past 6 months and NuView was our favorite contractor. They were on time, finished when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards, and were professional the entire time. I will use them in the future and would recommend them.

The estimate was provided timely. When I called them back to accept the estimate he arrived timely to sign the contract and the tentative date he gave me was right on. They arrived on time and the windows were installed timely and the clean up was complete.

Promptly responded and responded quickly with a bid when we first called. Extremely professional. Called and scheduled intallation and were on time and very neat. Placed quilted tarps inside to protect the floors. Did an efficient job installing 3 windows, insulation, calked, cleaned up and wrapped vinyl around the outside sill and facia. We believe we received the best product, price and service from NuView.

It was excellent. Dave was very responsive, his crew worked quickly and got all the windows installed in two days. They cleaned up inside so well that there was no evidence that they had replaced the windows (other than the beautiful new windows). There were 13 windows that were supposed to be tempered, but the manufacturer didn't send them correctly (6 of the windows they didn't even send in the order). Dave kept us appraised of the status of the windows and got replacement non-tempered windows for the 6 missing ones a couple of days later. He came Saturday morning to install the frames and casings, then came back two weeks later once the tempered glass sashes were delivered to swap them out for the non-tempered sashes. It was less effiicient for him, but we had the energy efficient windows quicker, so it was better for us. We would highly recommend Nu-View.

I am very happy with the new doors. They were put in quickly and neatly, cleaning up after themselves as they went. It didn't help that it was one of the coldest days of the year but they were very good about keeping the cold out when ever it was possible. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend NU View.

The price was very reasonable. I liked their knowledge; he knew exactly what it was and he ordered it. He called back right on time and came right when he said he was going to and fixed it.

I told him I was in the process of collecting a few bids before deciding on a vendor to do the work. He said he couldn't give me a bid but would email me one and never did. I haven't heard back, so I don't know what happened.

Dave and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time and did the work cleanly and efficiently. The price was competitive and Dave worked with us to get a very good deal. I used this company due to the high reviews on Angie's list, the service was fast. They worked with my schedule to come and measure and see what I wanted. They came and installed the windows, their work was clean and professional.

We called Dave, Window World and Lowes for bids on our project. Nu-view had, by far, the best service warranty of the three and a better product for the money we wanted to spend. Windows were installed as was promised. The work was done professionally and as scheduled. I felt assured all would go well as Dave installed the windows himself along with another employee. Windows look great from the inside as well as the street. Since it's only been a day, I cannot speak to the wear of the windows, but I don't worry because of my service warranty. We will be working with them in the future as we do the next phase of our window replacement.

I contacted about four window companies. David from Nu-View was the only one who kept in touch with me. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best price for the best windows/installation. I even went to my neighbor who had windows installed by another company. My neighbor had the more expensive windows installed on the North and South side of his house and lesser expensive windows on the East and West side of his house (they were in between two other buildings). What I found was that Nu-View was giving me the better windows (the ones my neighbor had installed on the North and South side of his house) for only $70 more in total cost. David came with his crew and did a phenomenal job--at times I forgot they were here. They were very professional, were on time, and all about the installation. Some of my original framing was off which meant the windows were square but the frame was not. David suggested putting a metal frame around the window. I was a little hesitant but, David said it would be something he would do at his house. I agreed and it looked GREAT. I needed to repair my kitchen window frame because of poor construction from the previous owners. David said he would come out when the original frame was repaired to re-chalk the window. All in all this is a great company! I was very pleased with them and am going to have them come and install three storm doors in the Spring. If you want your windows installed right at a good price, you got to hire Nu-View.

It went wonderfully. I had gotten a quote from a different service provider and their was price was $600 higher than Nu View Windows. Their professionalism was very good. The installer cleaned up well after him and left no debris behind. I would recommend their services to others.
