He is very reasonable. I went with him because it seemed like he had fair pricing. He wasn't the lowest and he wasn't the most expensive. He did a great job. His responsiveness was very good and punctuality was always good. He was very professional, he came in and tried to clean.

Bob Smith gave me the estimate. He explained my options well, and didn't try to push me towards the most expensive options. The final cost matched the estimate. Some of the work was paid for through an escrow, and Niksic was very accommodating of my requests for multiple bids for different portions of the work. They were also good about scheduling. When the crew came to do the work, they were all nice and I'd be happy to have them do work in the future, but I took a point off of professionalism because they left a little trash sitting around my house and cigarette butts around the outside where they were doing the work. This wasn't a huge deal. It only took a couple minutes to clean up, but it seems a bit unprofessional to leave litter on customer's property. In the end though, I'll happily put up with a bit of trash to have good guys doing the work. About a month later, I had an HVAC issue on a Saturday and put in an online request. I got a very quick response. Bob showed up, diagnosed it very quickly, and fixed it at no charge (it was a pretty minor issue). So far I've been happy with everyone at Niksic and plan to continue using them.
