Work was done professionally and I was given great answers to all questions I asked. they were really good about helping me to understand the system. Their monthly monitoring fee is $20.00. Have had no false alarms going off and when the system was breached it worked great!

The whole process only took a few days from the time I spoke with Joe until the guys installed the system. It's very easy to operate and after a year we have had no problems or issues. With a sign in the front yard and stickers on all the windows and doors I can't imagine a thief trying to get in. My guess is they will just go down the block. What a great sense of security. I need to have the guys come back because we want to convert all the smoke detectors to monitored smoke detectors so the house is monitored for fire even when we are not home. I might have them put a water detector on the lower level to protect us against water damage from leaking pipes, backed up sewers or overflowing water heaters. My wife and kids love the system, especially when they are home alone.

I previously had a security system that had been installed and monitored by another company. Since the house was getting older and we had made some changes/upgrades to the home including several new windows and a new door, I thought it would be a good time to also upgrade the alarm system. I really wasn't happy with my old company so I gave Nighthawk a try. I'm glad I changed. They were great to work with, and have always been helpful on the phone when I've called with questions. I feel safe having knowledgeable people monitoring my security.

I feel confident with the services they provide me. They are always very professional. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns that I may have. I will continue to use their services.
