Very professional. I designed bookshelves and New Space matched the crown moulding and baseboards of my 1934 house. The finish they used and the color matching were superb.

The work was performed well and on time. The results were as we expected. We are happy with their work. Over the past 20 years, we have had NewSpace install 4 closets, 2 offices, 2 walk-in closets in addition to the laundry room work we just had done . We are loyal and use them exclusively when organizing our spaces. We recommend them highly.

NewSpace is an excellent company and did great work in my house. However, I worked for NewSpace at the time of the work, so I did not think you would want my review. The work was done in 2003.

New Space is a very good company it’s just that the price is too high for me. I did find a different company. They’ll probably install more professionally but price wise, compared to the other company, the price is cut half.

I had met with another local closet company, prior to going to Newspace, to explore my options. The other company's designer was nowhere near as organized, nice, helpful and creative as Gina. However, their prices were much better (by about 15%, which on a $2500 closet, isn't a small difference). Because the design was better and Newspace, through some dedicated and accommodating scheduling, committed to having the closet fully installed by my move in date, I decided to pay a little more and go with Newspace. Their installers did a great job on-time and I am very pleased with the closet. However, their lack of competitiveness on price may cause me to go elsewhere for another closet I plan to have done in the next month. If you want good design and helpful people, I recommend Newspace (and Gina specifically), however be prepared to pay more.

I had New Space design and install an office in my old home and when moving, I wanted to move the furntiure to the new home. Since the cabinets are installed, New Space came to the old home and de-installed and prepared the items for moving. My movers took everything to the new house and then I worked with the designer to re-configure the cabinetry layout for my new office. New Space did come pick up one of the cabinets that was damaged during the move to have it repaired. New countertops and fabric board were made and then office was re-installed.

Everything was great. The work was completed on time without any inconvenience. I had used them years earlier for a simlar project, and they did an excellent job then as well.

The design person came in to measure and discuss our wishes. The plan/estimate took about 10 days to get to us. We went to the show room to make final selections. We changed two elements of the design which were incorporated into the plan without any problem. Although we were told it could be up to 6 weeks before installation, they had an earlier opening which we were able to accommodate. The installers were phenomenal - punctual, clean, efficient. They cleaned up beautifully before they left. There wasn't a speck of debris left behind. Following the installation, we did call with a request to make one very small revision. We wanted to incorporate a change which the designer had recommended in his original design (Guess they know better after all!). We are very happy with the final project and will definitely use them again.

Excellent experience again! I first started by discussing my needs for our master bedroom closet with a Newspace design consultant. He prepared an overview sketch that was a computer animated drawing (CAD). Very professional and made it very easy to visualize to closet. A quote was provided at that point & I decided to use Newspace for the project. At that point a deposit was required (about 1/2, but depends on the size of the project) and a more detailed CAD drawing was drafted showing detailed views of each wall and where accessories, drawers, hangers etc. would be located. After a few rounds of discussion around the drawings, the plan was finalized. The install was scheduled about 3 weeks after the finalized drawing based on Newspace's scheduling. The installers did an excellent job of putting together the closet in about 3.5 hours. They laid out all of the closet pieces on the floor (by the way, all material is custom made at the Newspace facilities) & began removing the existing wire shelving in the master closet. They spackled and did paint touch-ups with some paint I had left over from my builder (house was new construction-5 months old). The installers were very neat and cleaned up behind themselves, including vacuuming the carpet. Another plus, is that Newspace will allow for minor changes (such as in our case, my wife wanted to switch a hanging section with her shoe section) if you find that after the closet is complete, you find something needs to be changed. They will do this for no additional charge as long as no additional pieces are required to make the change. Newspace has worked on a previous project for our office which was also an excellent experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my custom organizing needs. We are currently working with NewSpace for our garage organization.

They came in and were able to tell us exactly what we needed with our closets that had to be done. They took our dimensions and everything and went back. They drew up a plan. They sent it to us. They made some suggestions, but they weren’t over the top with pushing any items. They did explain some of the accessories that they had and why they might be nice, which were they were dead on. It was something that we would use and like. They were also very professional and very clean. They really cleaned up after themselves. The work was beautiful. If anything breaks, it is always guaranteed that they will come out and replace it for free.

New Space personnel were very professional, polite, attentive, and thorough from beginning to end. The individuals that responded to my call, scheduled a designer to meet with me that had worked previously worked in my neighborhood. They gave me references to contact in advance. The designer visited with me, made sure she understood my "wish list" in terms of both "needs" and "wants". When the designer returned she had two options and quickly revised and finalized the design with a price quote in 48 hours. The installation team was courteous, very focused on a quality installation based on the design and incredible meticulous in ensuring the entry/stairs/floors and finished project were very clean. I didn't even have to sweep or vacuum after their visit! The designer followed up immediately after the installation and one week later to make sure that I was satisfied with the functionality of the design and had no issues. I will use New Space again in other areas of my house.

It used to be a bedroom and now it s a locking closet. They came and measured and put together the design and using the. It took them a day to finish the work. I heard about them on the radio. They were did listing of what we wanted but they were realistic about the space that could be used because some of the design that they had would not have worked in the space we have. May be we are biased quite a bit. The main thing was initially we talked about doing the centre island in the lo and there was not enough space for it. The area wasn t leveled and despite of the moulding up the ceiling it doesn t look leveled.

Excellent! I was very pleased with the results. The reason that I marked 0 for the cost is that I don't remember since I had this done a couple years ago. I do remember that I shopped around for the best deal!

They were very professional, cleaned up, and brought me a hanging system to put my clothes on while they did the work.

They had done a system in the house for previous owners. Kept those records and were willing to remove the previous system they had put in and put it in the basement for extra storage at no extra cost. Very enthusiastic designer that came to the house, very on top of it.

They were very professional. Our designer was very patient with even the minutia, and worked to insure we were completely satisfied. I was also much happier with the installation of their product than I was with a competitor's I had used previously.

ELENA WAS OUR DESIGNER AND SHE WAS EXCELLENT. SHE CAME TO THE HOUSE, MEASURED AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS. THE INSTALLERS GOT BOTH CLOSETS AND THE SCRAPBOOKING STATION DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY TOTALLY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND LEFT EVERYTHING IN GREAT SHAPE. WE HAD COMPARISON SHOPPED AGAINST SOME OF THE OTHER COMPETITORS, BUT NO ONE EVEN COMPARED IN TERMS OF THE SCRAPBOOKING STATION OR IN TERMS OF PRICE. SOME OF THE OTHER COMPETITORS EVEN BLEW ME OFF WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT I ENVISIONED FOR MY HOBBY. NEW SPACE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT ''SCRAPBOOKERS'' ARE LOOKING FOR. WE HAVE NOW HAD THE SPACE ALMOST A YEAR AND I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING!

I WORKED WITH TERESA VOYLES WHOM I MET WHEN I VISITED THE NEW SPACE SHOW ROOM. FROM THERE, SHE, AND I WORKED TOGETHER TO DESIGN A CUSTOM HOME OFFICE WALL UNIT. SHE ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW I WOULD USE THE SPACE, AND THEN CAME TO MY HOUSE, SURVEYED THE SPACE, AND DREW UP A FIRST DRAFT OF BLUEPRINTS. FROM THERE WE WORKED TOGETHER TO DESIGN THE PERFECT HOME OFFICE SPACE FOR ME. THERE ARE LITERALLY HUNDREDS OF CHOICES IN MATERIALS, HARDWARE, LAMINATE TOPS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS. WE WENT THROUGH ABOUT 4 DRAFTS BEFORE WE, FINALIZED THE PLANS. THERE WAS THEN A FEW WEEKS WAIT FOR THE SUPPLIES TO BE DELIVERED. THEN THEIR MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT ASSEMBLED NEARLY EVERYTHING, AND IT WAS DELIVERED IN A FEW PIECES TO MY HOUSE, AND INSTALLED IN A DAY, AND A HALF. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC, AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. IT WAS A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT TO HAVE THE CUSTOM DESIGN, AND FEATURES I WANTED. IT'S A GREAT FEATURE IN MY HOUSE, AND WILL BE A HOT SELLING POINT IN THE FUTURE.

GREAT DESIGNER WHO CAPTURED WHAT WE WANTED. PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH COMPETITION. REALLY LIKE PRODUCT QUALITY. THE INSTALLERS WERE QUICK AND CLEANED UP NICELY.
