 + -1 moreVery much prefer them to company previously used. Professional and responsive. Knowledgeable. We work with the same tech on each call. They will walk you through easy fixes on the phone if possible.
Description of Work: ($100 per hour or minimum trip charge). Have used them several times for advice on computer purchase; new PC set-up; problem diagnostics and fixing, etc. They do residential and commercial work. Also provide off-site data storage and more high-tech services that we haven't used.
