Description of Work: Kevin is superb-we used him in the past to refinish our kitchen and our dining room so when it was time to make some repairs to get the house ready to sell he was our go to person. He may be slightly more expensive than some but his work is impeccable and he is punctual, neat and doesn't try to add on costs later and you can trust him with your house-that alone is worth any extra cost in my mind. I cannot say enough good things about him and his work ethic and constant communication. Truly a class act!

Description of Work: Kevin, our contractor, installed all new doors, which included painting, as well as tear out rotted wood & install new siding on the outside of our house. He also remodeled our kitchen & oversaw the entire job. I did not include that price. Kevin continues to repair anything else we need inside or outside of our house.

Description of Work: Natural Craftsmen & Remodeling is doing my kitchen right now. He is rebuilding my entire kitchen and updating some parts of my house, and he is overseeing all my other people.

Description of Work: Kevin (owner) had done some crown moulding and paint work for us in 2009. I hired him on this occasion to do a partial redo of our kitchen. We replaced half the cabinets, all the tile backsplash, put in new sink and granite countertops, and updated the electric. He helped me plan the remodel and did all the cabinet work and helped me to coordinate with the electrician, granite seller, the tile installer, and he also did most of the plumbing install with the exception of one part that needed a plumber due to the unusual configuration of existing plumbing. He also repainted our entire kitchen including ceiling. I learned that a partial re-do; while more cost effective than a full revamping, is difficult because you have to work around what you want to keep! We live in an older house as well so that always tends to provide surprises! Kevin is a VERY logical, thoughtful, precise person when it comes to planning. When we encountered some unexpected items (like our plumbing configuration problem, or moulding around doorways that would be tough to match); he kept his cool, explained the issue to me so that I fully understood things, and then gave me options for a solution. He also is extremely dependable. As I wrote above, we needed to bring in several other people (for example an electrician). I work full time and wasn't always able to be around at the times other people would need to be there. Kevin and I would agree on what the plan was; and then he would be on the job site while the other person came by and ensure that things got done. He is meticulous in his workmanship! I thought that his prices, while higher than you might find quoted by others, really reflected the quality of his work (you pay for what you get!!-and I liked what we got!!). I would call him for any work I needed done in my house without a question.

Description of Work: Kevin installed crown molding and chair rails, installed a fan in the bathroom, re-caulked the shower, repaired some walls, and painted the portions of the interior.
