Mr. Rooter Plumbing of St. Louis

This was totally over priced project Mr Rooter charged over 600.00 to install a kitchen faucet and two valves! This was price gauging at its finest! Less than two hours of work. I don?t recommend them if you are not rich !

They called right back, and arranged my appointment for the next day. They gave me a 4 hour window, and arrived on the early end (called to let me know their plumber was on their way). He diagnosed issue, fixed it and cleaned up after. Price was reasonable. Will definitely call them in future for other plumbing needs

The plumber was excellent. Good experience! They were the second company that I contacted. I did schedule the first just to get an estimate. Mr. Rooter came right out. They gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate with two options. I decided on the lower cost, hopeful option and said I would wait for another quote if it was determined that I needed the much higher cost second option. Fortunately the low cost option did the trick. I was so happy and satisfied with the relatively quick work, I asked the plumber to give me a quote on something else I needed. I had that work done too. Both repairs were done to my satisfaction. I will be using them again for anymore of my plumbing needs.

Great Services

Installed a garbage disposal in our bar sink, but was also able to help fix and inform us about another issue we were having under that sink with leaks every so often when the dishwasher was running. Not only was the quality of his work top notch, but he was also very respectful of the area he was working in. I say this because we’ve had issues in the past with other workers damaging fixtures or areas in the house near what they were actually working on and not telling us about it. He clearly takes a lot of pride in the work he is doing and it really shows. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!!

I would not hire them again, they charged way too much for one hours worth of work and at most $150.00 in parts and $850.00 labor :( It shouldn't have cost over $500.00 for work done.
