Lots of issues spanning multiple days. Ended up having to pay this company for sub-par work and then had to hire another company to fix the problem.

Our repairman was able to come earlier than scheduled, and did a terrific job! I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone!

Stay away from them. Their technicians do not have a clue what they are doing. They installed a water heater and it was not up to code. Then I could not get any hot water in my faucets when the water was turned back on. Another technician came out and said the problem was I needed new fixtures, and they could install them at an outrageous price. So I called another plumbing company, a reputable one this time, and the problem was a clogged valve in the hot water line. My fixtures were all fine. They repaired it and everything works fine now. So no, I would most definitely NOT recommend this company.

The response was top-notch and the customer service friendly and consistent. The work was completed to repair the gas line. In completing the work, the technician had to open the wall. I was told there would be an access door installed to cover the opening, but I had to follow-up to make sure it was done. The gas now works and the wall looks fine.
