The plumber clearly explained the issue and resolution. He was direct and patient, which let me know he was all about business. I wish he would smile more and be more engaging with customers. I appreciated the business focus but an upbeat demeanor goes a long way.

Needed install for a kitchen faucet with corroded bolts. Prompt reply, friendly service. Cost was high, but as quoted--no surprises, even though it took him over three hours to get the old fixture out and install the new one. Would definitely work with them again.

They were able to get a guy out to fix our problem the next day, when 4 other companies I called were booked for weeks or months out so very happy with their work and responsiveness.

My plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Charged $400.00 for replacement of one small valve in shower. Was here exactly one hour. No construction of wall or faucet. Big rip-off.
