Not only was the plumber unable to put the new faucets in because he said the new countertop was too thick to accommodate them he stripped the threads on the bolt so that the next plumber we hired WAS able to make them fit with the addition of Teflon tape but since the bolts were ruined these faucets couldn't be used. We had to buy two new faucets and can not return damaged ones. AS IF THAT WASNT ENOUGH...they quoted me a charge to do the work of over $250.00 (they didn't charge me anything however when the plumber said he couldn't do the work) and the plumber we eventually hired on our own charged $60.00. RIP OFF!

I only asked them to come out and take a look at my pipes. Guy showed up during the time he said he would, took a look at the leak and told me what the issue was. Gave pricing and options for us to fix it but I was able to handle it by myself. I'm still impressed with the professional and would absolutely use Mr. Rooter again.

They contacted me within 5 minutes after requesting a quote. (Very fast)! They arrived on time for the free estimate. Silvio was very professional and provided the estimate and said he would get the parts needed for the repair and contact us with the appointment. Danielle was also very professional and called the day of the appt to explain they had a unexpected emergency call that would delay our service call about two hours. Once Silvio arrived he was in and out in about an hour. I would recommend Mr. Rooter. They were the only service pro to contact me on this request.

They came quickly made some suggestions and had it all fixed within a couple of hours of me requesting help.

Besides clean uniforms and use of shoe covers, Silvio was very professional. The price quoted was higher, but the value of having the video camera examination after the work was done was information well worth having. After checking and testing to determine which part of the drain/sewer line was blocked Silvio had to remove the toilet to unblock that branch of the drain. This was an extra cost, but required. The equipment used provided an exact location of where the cast iron pipe was allowing roots to intrude and where repairs would be needed. While just snaking the drain would have been cheaper, having the video to show the extent of the blockage was very useful. Everything was explained well, and I was given recommendations to forestall the repairs as well as an estimate of what the comprehensive repair would cost. This information makes it possible for me to make a good evaluation of expected repair costs in the future.
