+ -1 moreEmmitt was prompt and very detailed in his inspection. He was extremely thorough and allowed me to be there to ask questions. He went through the house top to bottom, and arranged Radon and Termite inspections for us. Once he was done, he gave us a brief overview of major problems or concerns and his general findings. He was quick with his report, sending it within 24 hours.
Description of Work: Emmitt was on time and thoroughly went through the house, exterior to interior, top to bottom. He investigated all visible issues and evaluated everything from joists to roofing. He ordered a Radon test, termite inspection and a sewer lateral video report. Emmitt was on site for several hours and sent us a report quickly.
