Mister Junk

We had hail damage and had many bags of debris that needed to be picked up. Our regular trash provider refused to pick it up because it exceeded the regular 6 bag limit. So, we were forced to call a waste removal company to haul away the remaining 6 bags and the 3 additional trash cans full of debris (it looked awful sitting by the curb and our neighbors were complaining). We called 3 waste haulers and finally found Mister Junk at 9:30 am on Saturday, May 5, 2012, who stated that he would come by our home between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm the same day, look at all that needed to be picked up, give us a price, and haul it all away. At 4:40 pm, we called the company to make sure they were coming. The man who answered the phone (the same one my husband talked to that morning) had clearly forgotten all about us, mumbled something my husband could not understand, and stated that they would call us back. Awhile later, we called them back on a different 1-800 number and talked to Kevin who told us that they would not be able to come out at all. He did not offer to come out the next day or the day after or the day after that....... This provider's website states that they work 24/7. I think they need to change that advertising.
