MISSOURI POOL & SPA

Started off very well in May of 2006. Bad tiles were removed and cracks filled behind the tile that was causing the tile to fall off. By the fall of 2006, cracks in the grout were showing and the company was informed of problems arising. Was told it would be taken care of in spring 2007 upon pool opening. Original schedule date for work was mid-April 2007. Company did not show up or call to re-schedule. First week of May 2007, Company was called to check status of repair. Was told it would be the taken care of that week and again no show or call. After the third call the last week of May 2007, Noah showed up and told me the original owner, Malec, didn't own the company any longer and was not going to do the repair or honor his warranty. As of 6/11/2007, repairs have been made to the faulty grout on the spa but not the pool. In speaking to Noah, the current owner, I get the strong impression that the pool repair is on their "back burner."
