I needed someone to fix a crack in the firebox in order to proceed with the sale of a house. I had a limited amount of time to get the work done. Everyone at Mirelli's Tuckpointing was professional, friendly and helpful. They communicated with me via phone and e-mail and got the work done before my deadline. I was in a bind, and the folks at Mirelli's really saved the day; and they did a great job on the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use them again in my new home.

Mirelli quoted the project at a lower price than all others who quoted. Two guys showed up EARLY, completed the work quickly and cleaned up all messes thoroughly. I honestly don't know what more I could ask for. Would certainly use again.

The work was performed to a very high standard, and much quicker than we expected. Tuckpointing generates a lot of dust and grit but the team cleaned everything up at the end of each day. They told us that they potentially nicked a Freon line attached to the airconditioning unit on the top floor, and this was proven to be the case. Mirelli paid for the repair, without us having to pay and claim it back. In all, we were extremely satisfied with the quality and speed of the work, and overall professionalism. Mirelli were not the cheapest bid that we received, but they were well worth it.

Very well. The two workmen were very professional. I was especially pleased with how well they cleaned up after the job was done. They even pulled a hose up to the roof to wask off the mortar dust.

A car ran into the corner of my house causing about five square feet of damaged brick. Mirelli was easy to work with and did a fantastic job, especially around a curved window frame. There was even a misunderstanding with the city over a permit and Mirelli took the time to straighten that out for me. They arrived on time, needed nothing from me, and got the job done in about three or four hours. Cleaned up and left.

He did well. It resulted to re-build the whole thing but it was an excellent job and all is fine since last year. I?m having them back to do some more stuff for me shortly. I got a lot of estimates and his price was not the lowest but it was close to the lowest.

The service went great. Two technicians came out and completed the repairs in 1 day. They went above and beyond for me. They did more work to the chimney than they were required to. They were very courteous and great at cleaning up after themselves. I had no problem scheduling their service. They are a super busy company but they kept to our appointment.

They excellently offered me their best quote for the price. From what I've seen so far of checking my house, it's a very nice job. They did a very nice job replacing the full bricks that fell out. They also were done in a day. I would use this provider again in the future.

Job was completed in less than a day. We were pleased. Only complaint is that they never came back for their yard sign even after we called them.

The work went well. A number of workmen came the first day and 3 or 4 came the second day. This enabled the Mirelli company to complete the work while the weather was still good. The tuckpointing looks very good and the workers cleaned the property well when the project was completed. The bid detailed the specific tuckpointing needs of the house and Mr. Mirelli was very responsive when we adjusted the proposed scope of work somewhat. It is diffiicult to answer the question on price because the proposed scope of work varied somewhat among the bidders but we did not find Mirelli to be out of line.

They have great customer service, and worked very efficiently to get my job completed.

I received the contract in a timely manner and the work was completed in 1 day. Someone came back a few days later to check on things and everything looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The owner, John Mirelli, personally came out to do an inspection and provided us an estimate. He was on time, courteous, and the estimate he provided was reasonable. Working with his admin and workers was a pleasure - everyone was responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. I would definitely use this company again.

The two workmen arrived early and waited for the light drizzle to stop before starting their work. They removed old mortar, cracked and broken bricks and replaced them in a very competent manner. They tuck pointed other locations on the wall as needed. They were very neat in accomplishing their objective and left the premises free of splattered or spilled mortar. I was very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend Mirelli Tuckpointing , LLC. to anyone that needs that type of work done.

He was very prompt, responsive, and professional but he was always the highest bid and he is not really that creative at problem solving. He is just kind of cut-and-dried. I had some challenges on this old house and so I just thought for that price, it was too high.

Very prompt (2 days) to give proposal after initial contact. After signing the contract, Mirelli completed job within two weeks as communicated. Workers were very professional and independent; they were able to perform the work when I was not home. I expressed concern about matching brick and mortar to existing bricks and Mirelli matched beautifully as promised. I am glad I chose quality over cost for this job. We use our fireplace regularly and Mirelli's quality work allows me to continue to use with confidence.

Crew was very professional, courteous and explained the process during the work. They left work areas in a tidy manner. Very punctual and service was provided as specked out by the sales person during his visit.
