I cannot say better things about Mirelli Tuckpointing. My experience with this contractor started in the fall of 2018 when they were only two of 4-5 contractors that bothered to call me back and give me a bid. Their bid was at least half of the competitor bid. Don't get me wrong, this service ain't cheap, but it is valuable. Signed the contract and waited for our day. Weather changed and the fall turned to winter overnight. Project delayed. They kept me up to date throughout the winter and had me on their book first thing in the spring of 2019. Work quality, speed of work, and cleanliness were conducted beyond my expectations. All persons at Mirelli, from the field to the office were polite and professional. Our project involved replacing all grout in a flagstone patio and fixing loose stones on a walkway. Immediately hired them to power wash and seal the project based on how good it turned out. Rely on this family business.

I'm very pleased with the results. Mirelli Tuckpointing had done some tuckpointing work for us several years ago. We contacted them to do some tuckpointing work on the brick wall and columns at the front of our driveway and in front of our house. Mr. Mirelli contacted me the night before to let me know they would be at the house in the morning as well as let me know what he would need. The crew was prompt, showing up as scheduled and finished by the end of the day. They did an excellent job on the tuckpointing and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again and highly Mirelli Tuckpointing.

John and crew were great ! I highly recommend them ! They stated when they would come and look at our house and followed through w an email with price / we added our chimney to the bid and they were happy to take care of our entire house !

The results were excellent! And the crew was awesome! Let's face it - this is dirty, hard work. But the guys did everything they could to make sure they cleaned up as best that they could.

The work on the house was thorough, the areas I pointed out that needed extra attention were addressed. The areas that I noticed that most people wouldn’t were a addressed in yet another return visit without question. There is communication gap between the office and the people in the field, which may cause frustration to some.

Mirelli responded promptly to my phone call, sent out an estimator within a day and had a bid to me that day. We had a slight lag time in promised time to do the work, but an e-mail led to them sending a crew out the next day. The Mirelli workers were polite, professional and did very nice work. I was more than pleased with Mirelli and would hire them again next time I need tuckpointing done.

The entire experience was excellent, from the initial contact through invoicing and payment of bill. From beginning to end less than 2 weeks. Quick and professional estimate, timely scheduling and completion of job, excellent job and clean up. During the process, I spoke with 4 different people at Mirelli; all interfaces were excellent and timely. Would definitely recommend them and would hire again for any relevant job we needed to have done.

They were very professional and did a perfect job in tuckpointing our chimney. They completely cleaned up all areas around the chimney. They have done several homes in our subdivision so I knew their reputation.

Mr. Mirelli estimated the job. He was punctual, professional, helpful with information and was the start of a superior experience with this company. Cindy Mirelli and DeAna in the office helped me get the job scheduled and kept me updated as to when the job could begin. She was great. Josh came out to complete the job. He was professional, did an amazing job, cleaned up after his job; leaving the site exceptional clean. He went above and beyond getting the job done, being extremely thorough and detail oriented. The gap was allowing mice to enter our home and he cleaned out the area of the nesting materials and filled every single gap and void that were providing shelter for the mice. He thought carefully about what he was uncovering in the work area and went 200% to solve our problem. This company from start to finish was excellent and superior in their field to work with. Other companies I got estimates from were cheaper but indicated that would just "slap some concrete up." I had done that myself years ago, and that fix did not hold up. I was so relieved and pleased with this company, I would definitely hire again and recommend them highly to friends and family.

They did an excellent job! The job turned out to have more issues that I had expected, due to some problems that they uncovered once they started rebuilding the chimney. They could not have known about the problem upfront. But they handled it well, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

The Mirelli Group is outstanding in every way. The owner was prompt and courteous. He promised a bid in one day and he delivered. His crew was excellent. Courteous and efficient. The work was completed timely and they cleaned up everything. They explained all that they did. Best experience ever with a contractor. O would highly recommend them to anybody needing a wonderful contractor.

It could not have gone any better for me. I was very satisfied by the whole experience. The estimate was performed quickly. When I committed to the bid, the work was scheduled within two days. The work was completed within hours. The end result looks terrific. The stone on the front my 80+ year old home really stands out again. Thanks Mirelli!

Never happened. Set time up for Friday Aug 4, or Mon August 7th. Took time off from work. No call, no show. Clearly not interested in my business

I had Mirelli provide an estimate several months before I was going to perform the work so I could plan my home improvement budget. John was prompt and professional. Unlike another bidder, he did not try to upsell additional services or add scope. The price was right in line with the range I was expecting. On the date planned for the work the crew arrived on time. They they kept a very compact and tidy jobsite, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. The needed a half day to wrap up and again did an excellent job cleaning the work area. It has bee about 10 days and the mortar has had time to cure. They did a great job matching the color. I certainly would have them back and recommend them.

Work was done well, it looks nice. Crew had to make judgement calls on what to scrape out, fill in, and fix. They did a very good job. The color selected for the mortar and concrete was a good match and blends in well with original stone color. Two spots that seemed obviously broken to me weren't fixed initially but when I called to inquire, the crew returned within a day to fix, no questions asked, and the results look very nice. I got three bids and Mirelli seemed to be the most professional and experienced and had a very sensible approach to the project.

They did a great job. I was very pleased with the replacement of some broken bricks and tuckpointing. A month later they came back for cleaning and sealing. It looks very nice.
