The team was very clean and professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. One of the spots they fixed cracked the next day. I called and they came out that very day to fix it again. Our basement no longer leaks.

Overall went well and satisfied with results. On the first day, they has missed a few obvious spots where mortar had mostly crumbled out, but they did not remove and fill in. After pointing these out to John, they came back the next day and finished those. Will use again.

We were very pleased with the outcome of both. With the tuck-pointing they matched the color of cement pretty closely and repaired more than we were expecting. The timing of the work on my patio was perfect as it rained the very next day and has rained very hard the past few days and I have a dry basement!

At the end of a rainy week, Mirelli sent over a crew of 9 guys on a Saturday morning to just knock it out. A swarm of grinders (5 guys at once?) had the joints ground out in 90 minutes or less. They were probably finished in 5 hours or less. (I had to leave to get my kid outside.) The only thing that slowed them down was the physics of waiting for a test application to dry. The guys on the crew were friendly an thorough in their explanations. The did a h*** of a job cleaning up, which the neighbors appreciated. I certainly appreciated it because I have had to clean up after my neighbor's tuckpointing contractor 'finished' the job at that house. Two guys came out on the following Monday morning to spray down the wall. And the joints are crisp, clean and solid. It looks great. All in all, it was pretty impressive and a satisfying experience.

This review is long overdue and I apologize for the delay - they did such a great job I simply forgot about it until I came across the bid as I prepared my taxes. John Mirelli gave an estimate quickly and followed up very quickly to schedule the work. He and an associate followed up with information on when the crew would arrive and what they would do. When I called about which crew member I could talk with about the work, I was helped immediately and politely. The workers were polite and courteous and predictable and cleaned up the dust and debris from my property and neighbor's promptly and thoroughly. Overall, Mirelli's crew provided extraordinary service, much better than I've experienced from 3 similar companies over the last 10 years. They've spoiled me and I will definitely call again if/when I need their services. I would, and have, referred friends and family.

I contacted Mirelli Tuckpointing as one of three companies for a bid on the repair. My call was returned promptly and John scheduled an appointment time to come out and prepare a bid. John was on time for the bid appointment and provided me with a bid that detailed the work he would do to tuckpoint the two chimneys. I did not use Mirelli Tuckpointing as their bid ($700) was not the lowest (nor the highest) that I received.

I received 3 bids from companies on Angies list. Mirelli was the first one that came out. John was very professional and we went with his company due to the amount of work he suggested was consistent with what we had thought we needed. He was in the middle for price of our 3 bids. They called to set up a time to do the work, arrived on time- a little early, and finished ahead of time that we were told. Cleaned up after the work with minimal interference of our household.

The work was done promptly, professionally, and was of excellent quality. The workers cleaned up completely after the job was done. Highly recommended.

Mirelli Tuckpointing LLC are fairly priced and they did a very nice job.

It was an exceptional experience. Very satisfied with all aspects of the repair from estimate to coordination with front office to work both a insurance covergae and personal coverage. Excellent work..prompt, professional.

Hard to believe this is a true story, but called up for a bid one morning, John was out at my house by noon that same day. Bid also received same afternoon and work totally finished by 1pm the next day. Exactly as promised, nine men showed up to tuck point my house both inside and outside. Workers were polite, hard working and very neat. In addition to cracks identified the previous day in the bid, these men were quite thorough in the repair to my home. Can't recommend this company enough!

The crew matched the existing tooling and color of the surrounding masonry joints. They cleaned up after the job and left the job site in good condition. I felt a small area was deficient and Mr. Mirelli reviewed the area personally the same day. He sent the site supervisor back to redo the area to my satisfaction. It is clear that good customer service is a top priority of Mirelli Tuckpointing.

It was great. They took care of it on a Saturday which was nice. I didn't need to be home and when I got back it was all done.

They did a great job and gave us a good estimate. They came when they were supposed to and were very polite and pleasant. They cleaned up afterwards and couldn't have been nicer. They finished in two days and will be back to do the waterproofing.

John Mirelli came out to estimate the tuckpointing that we needed on our brick home and surrounding walls. We were impressed with his knowledge and his suggestions. We had several companies out to bid on our job and his was one of the higher ones received. We chose to go with another company who was as capable and had a lower quote.

My overall experience has been positive.

.Over all the job was great . They cleaned up very well at end of job. We had a small concern the next day, called their office and crew came back out the next day and took care of our concern.

While the quality of masonry work can only really be judged over time, I'm pleased with what I see. Mirelli appears to have been thorough, and to have done a solid job in a professional way. The price was 10% higher than a rival bid, but I relied on Mirelli's reputation for quality shown on Angie's List, and they seem to have lived up to it for my job.

I was extremely upset on their lack of professionalism. There was a more appropriate way of saying we don't want to provide service.

John Mirelli provided me with a quote the day after I called. His price, compared to two other companies I had called, was very fair. His workers came to my house, did an outstanding job of tuckpointing and rebuilding part of my chimney and left the area completely clean. I would certainly recommend Mirelli Tuckpointing and will definitely use them again.

A call was placed to request an estimate for chimney repair on Sep. 10. John Mirelli provided an estimate the very next day. The work was authorized at that time and was performed 2 days later by a crew of 2. The Mirelli crew were very friendly and very professional. They worked industriously for about 8 hours. The cleanup was excellent. The actual repair appears to be of a very high quality. The cost was what I expected as a result of earlier research on Angie's List. Overall, I feel I received superb service from Mirelli Tuckpointing. I would strongly recommend that anyone needing tuckpointing or chimney repair consider this organization.

The company was very responsive. No problems there. I just got a lower bid, but I was very pleased with the responsiveness to my estimate request.

I called for an appointment to get an estimate and John Mirelli was very responsive and arrived at my house on the day that I requested. My chimney was in bad shape with many cracks, broken bricks and eroding tuck pointing. John gave me estimates for two options, one to remove the chimney down to the roof line and rebuild or a less costly option of fixing the brick, chimney cap and tuck pointing down to the roof line. I went with the lower priced option and sent in the signed proposal on August 15 and the work was completed the following week. The crew did a fantastic job! I received a call the evening before that the crew would be out the next morning and they arrived after I left for work and the work was completed and everything cleaned up before I arrived home that night. Mirelli's crew did a great job and the chimney looks fantastic. The crew cleaned up the work area and was very respectful of my property. I had also asked for the crew to take pictures of the upper part of the chimney before and after the work, which they did. Seeing the detailed pictures of the poor condition of the chimney before they began working just made me appreciate the great job they did making the chimney look nice again. If you need masonry work done, don't hesitate to call John Mirelli. John's office staff of DeAna and Cindy are very responsive and will make sure you are taken care of. I will definitely call Mirelli for any future masonry work that I need and I highly recommend them to anyone else.
