I had an appointment for a quote one week or so after I called. Jeff was great and accommodated both my requests and budget. Windows and patio door came in earlier than expected. Installation was a dream, the team is great- respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. Six windows and patio door (with blinds and great security features!) were installed in 5 hours. Products exceeded expectations and now, one week later, I am able to have every window and the door open on an unexpectedly gorgeous mid-August day! Thank you, everyone at Mills!

Kurt and Justin were great to work with. The price wasn't the lowest but it wasn't the highest either. Kurt was very responsive and came out the day I called him to sign a contract and answer any additional questions. Justin was also professional during the install and everything looks great. I will definitely be using this company again.

Outstanding and exceeded expectations. Every aspect, from the customer service to the installation crew, was beyond expectation. Kevin demonstrated superb customer service beginning with the initial quote meeting, to the contract signing, and continuing through the install process. The installers were prompt, thorough, clean, and very talented. They were receptive to any and all questions I had and volunteered information to explain every step along the way. They were diligent about cleanliness, from the drop cloth to the thorough sweep after each window. Kevin and his crew should be very proud of the excellent service they provide. The actual windows they installed (Great Lakes Windows - Comfort Smart) provide a massive upgrade to the thermal efficiency of the house as well as decreasing the decibel level outside. My house is about a block away from a main thoroughfare that I would constantly hear outside my bedroom at night, but now it's as if I'm sleeping in a bank vault. Additionally, the draft and the local areas of cold air that would accumulate near my old windows is gone. All in all, I am very happy with my decision to employ Mills Window and Door to replace the 12 windows in my house! I got three quotes for the work, of which Mills was second price-wise. However, the cheapest was one of the larger-scale nationwide companies and Mills was only slightly more. I definitely feel that I got the added value not only in the window quality, but also in the outstanding customer service they provided. I will not hesitate to employ Mills in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody!

They did an excellent job. Ran into some unexpected framing issues with the house and they fixed everything. At no extra charge!

I contacted them for an estimate and never got a response. No call, no email, nothing. They must have enough business, or I am in a “red-lined” area where they don’t want to work. Either way it’s a bad way do treat a potential customer.

Estimate appointment was prompt and thorough. Very amenable to breaking up a large project into smaller jobs to help meet budget. 1st order and install were for custom corner windows. They came out twice to ensure measurements and supplies were correct and would be on hand when the windows were complete. 2 courtesy calls for installation date and time. Installers were prompt, pleasant and very skilled. Extremely attentive to detail and cleanup afterwards. Just very nice men, respectful of the property and pets. Representative stopped by same day to check the work.
