+ 0 moreThey are very nice to deal with and very helpful but they do not actually quote to the public. They are very nice and accommodating. I really don’t know if I have any dislikes, other than the slab. They are always responsive, only that they will not give me a price. I think it is because they are a distributorship. They are good in terms of punctuality and professionalism. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Midwest Tile & Granite probably less than two weeks ago. Midwest Tile & Granite is just a little starbidder. They would not give me any pricing. We went over the granite, looked at the granite slabs and different choices. We did not go with them because we did not find that particular color slab; it is more to do with the color selection.

+ -1 moreWe stopped in to look at tile for a kitchen remodel and got good service and suggestions that were both knowledgeable and helpful from their showroom/sales staff. We initially scheduled to meet with one of their lead installers but he did not show up and when we called to reschedule he took the message but did not ever call us back. I would definitely consider using them in the future for purchasing tile but I wouldn't waste my time bothering to talk to the installation team.
Description of Work: Purchased tile. Elected not to use their tile installation services due to lack of responsiveness by the installation team.
