Description of Work: Opened a pool at a house we bought. Cleaned it and gave us a detailed lesson of how to do everything. They even gave us the tablets and supplies we needed as we were knew to owning a pool.

+ -1 moreThey are good. They are responsive and they do a good job cleaning our pool. I had tried to get some estimates on getting some work done on the pool. But they have been busy doing the regular pool servicing. So they haven’t been responsive in getting back to me for an estimate for repairs. Otherwise cleaning and servicing my pool has been good. I would recommend them for the weekly pool service and for opening the pool.
Description of Work: Midwest Pool people clean our pool every week.

+ -1 moreThey were fine for opening. Closing was fine but then I noticed that the pool cover that they put on was leaking massively. I called and they said they would come out but a month later, I am still waiting. They also did not get back to me on another issue after two to three requests. The bottomline is if you just need opening or closing, they may be satisfactory. If you need anything else, you will need a different company.

+ -1 moreON MONDAY, MAY 2, WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT CLOSING MY POOL, SINCE IT WON'T BE USED, PETER INFORMED ME THAT POOL OPENINGS WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER POOL CLOSINGS. HE THOUGHT THEY COULD GET OUT SOME TIME DURING THE NEXT WEEK. HE TOOK MY NUMBER AND SAID HE WOULD CALL FIRST BEFORE SENDING SOMEONE OUT. TODAY IS MAY 17. I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM MIDWEST POOL.
Description of Work: INQUIRED ABOUT CLOSING POOL. THIS PROPERTY WAS RECENTLY PURCHASED. DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS DONE TO THE POOL PRIOR TO PURCHASE. IT HAS GREEN WATER STANDING ON TOP OF COVER. IT WILL NOT BE USED THIS YEAR.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY HAVE EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS ON MY OWN. THEY DO NOT PRESSURE ME TO DO THINGS THAT I CAN DO MYSELF. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY. THEY ARE NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THE PRICE GIVEN IS FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON INCLUDING OPENING, CLOSING, CHEMICALS, SERVICE, ETC.
Description of Work: THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY POOL FOR YEARS. MOST RECENTLY THEY CLOSED MY POOL FOR THE WINTER.
