They put the gutters on wrong, and he put the screws on the bottom causing the gutter to leak. He put some silicon on the screws to fix it, but it didn't work. He did some toughpoint work, and it started to crumble before a year was up. He also replaced our tile on the front porch floor, and the tiles are loose, and the grout inbetween is crumbling. All of the work is just a horrible mess. He is hard to get in touch with, and he promises to show up and then he does not. We also had to pay an additonal 900 dollars to fix the porch tiles. The only thing he did right was replacing the porch work. The contract guarantees his work for 5 years, yet he does not stand by it, and he has done nothing to fix the problems.
Description of Work: He did some work on our gutters, our porch roof and floor, and did some toughpoint work.

My experience with them was horrible. I was very specific about what I wanted them to do. I used them because one of my neighbors had and she was very happy with them. They were very reasonably priced. They said they had fixed a leak in the furnace but they hadn?t. One person even yelled at me when I expressed my displeasure. They didn?t do the job right and they also threatened me.
Description of Work: I used Middleton Construction for some masonry work that included putting a silver coating over the whole roof.

They did a very nice job and we're very happy with their work. They gave me a good proposal. When they started, they came everyday and worked until it was finished. Everyday they told me exactly what they were going to do, and asked me if I had any concerns or problems. We looked at the job when it was done and any little thing that I didn't like, they promptly took care of it. When the job was over, they did a nice job cleaning up. The owner came around several times to check on the work and make sure that I was happy with what was going on.

You can just walk in, and they have a nurse practitioner that can treat you if you don't have a doctor. It's very easy and effective. They are easy to use and good with communication. Their customer service is very good.
Description of Work: I get prescription medications filled there.

THE SALESMAN DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS TILL THE 7TH CALL ONE MONTH AFTER HE HAD MY CHECK. ONE OF THE GRINDING CREW MISSED THE JOINTS REPEATEDLY AND PUT CUT MARKS ON THE FACE OF WALL OVER A DOZEN BRICKS, AND THEY ''DIDN'T SEE IT'' UNTIL I POINTED IT OUT. IT WAS AMAZINGLY OBVIOUS. THEY MIXED MORTAR AND BRUSHED IT INTO THE CUTS, IT LOOKS FAIR. THEIR CLEAN UP WAS CONSISTENCE SLOPPY, I HAD TO MENTIONED SEVERAL TIMES FOR THEIR MORTAR TO BE CLEANED UP. THE FRONT WAS THE HARDEST SINCE THE JOINTS WERE THE THINNEST, BUT WHEN IT WAS DONE IT LOOKED SO SLOPPY I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT AND THE SALESMAN JUST KEPT ASKING FOR A CHECK. I WOULD NOT PAY HIS FINAL PORTION TILL THEY GAVE IT AN ACID WASH WHICH THEY HAD TO KEEP COMING BACK TO FINISH. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK 3 TIMES BECAUSE IT SIMPLY DID NOT LOOK FINISHED OR LOOK LIKE A PROFESSIONAL JOB, BUT THE SALESMAN WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN ''GETTING PAID''. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS HIGH BUT I THOUGHT I'D GET MORE QUALITY. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: TUCKPOINT 3 EXTERIOR WALLS ON A 105+ YEAR HOME IN THE CITY. THE FRONT WALL WHICH HAD/HAS THINNER JOINTS THAN THE SIDE WALLS, THE SIDE (EAST) WALL AND PORTIONS OF THE BACK (NORTH) WALL. THEY WERE TO GRIND OUT THE OLD MORTAR AND TUCKPOINT AND CLEAN UP.
