 + -1 moreThey are on time, on budget and good to work with. They even came out and reset the circuit box after the wife thought the a/c had died.
Description of Work: This time just a normal spring servicing, but we have used they for the last few years. They replaced our system after the old one died on us and the previous contractor left us high and dry.

 + -1 moreNot much to say except that Mid-Way does excellent work for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. They are prompt, courtious and honest and their pricing is right where it should be.
Description of Work: I bought a foreclosure house and had Danny come take a look at the old HVAC sysem and make recommendations before I used it. He took care of the AC unit because it was summer and came back again in LAte October to get clean and service the Furnace. MidWay had also replaced a boiler at my mom's house 2 years ago. Their price was better than anyone elses bid and Danny, his son and his father all worked all day on it. It ewas a family affair! They did an excellent job!

 + -1 moreThe owner, Dan, has been here so often to service/clean my furnace/AC/emergency generator that he now calls as he is pulling into the driveway, to ask me to unlock the back door so he can haul his equipment into the house without having to worry about my dogs escaping out the front door. As I write the check, he always takes time to pet my wild little fur-kids. His son, who works for him, is equally nice. When I call to make an appointment, he's usually available within 48 hours. One time he had trouble getting the kit to service my emergency generator from his supplier, and that time I had to wait a week. Since that time he keeps a few kits on hand, so his regular customers do not have to wait. He even schedules appointments for 7:00 AM for my sister, so she can get to work on time instead of having to take off a few hours. I have used Dan's services for over 12 years, since my Dad died and I didn't even have a clue how to change the filter. (And, he was nice enough to show me how to do that!) What's not to like about such a nice guy?
Description of Work: The owner, Dan, checked and cleaned my furnace, and put in a new filter. This was done at a special price of $69 (he has specials twice a year, once for the air conditioner service and once for the furnace service). He also did maintenance work on my emergency generator, which included draining/replacing oil, replacing the filter, and checking the battery to make sure it functioned properly. This was at a cost of $175, which is much cheaper than the price wanted by the subcontractor who installed the generator when I purchased it from the Laclede Gas utility company five years ago.

 + -1 moreThey did a good work and they were excellent. I would recommend them to other people. They call me, which is a part of the routine maintenance. If there is a problem, I can get hold of them the same day. They deal with it very promptly. They give me advice that I've learnt, I can trust. We have built a good rapport. Their prices are pretty good and I am satisfied with them. I had a small problem with the technician, but I have never seen him again.
Description of Work: Mid-Way Heating & Cooling Inc. put in a Furnace and a new Air Conditioner for me. They have done several projects in the past.

 + -1 moreDan arrived at my home right on time. He was very friendly and courteous. He got the job done quickly and had my air conditioner up and running. They always clean up after themselves nicely too. I would most definitely recommend them!
