The plumbing subcontractor that they hired, was incredibly incompetent and negligent. 3 days before the project was done, they caused a flood in my kitchen on my brand new hardwood floor. They forgot to hook up a second drain for the 2nd dishwasher, they tried to rig them both into the same drain. It wouldn't have passed inspection. They left a garbage disposal, not hooked up under the island, because he couldn't figure out how to do it, which flooded my kitchen. Among other things that went wrong as well. After the flood, we had to replace all the cast iron pipes in the basement. They wanted $6000 for overhead, that their subcontractor caused. This was highly unethical and dishonest.
