+ -1 moreBought three Casablanca ceiling fans with light kits and Inteli-touch light switches. Metro has a nice new showroom with a large selection. I would like to have had someone help me without having to go to the central desk and request help. They kind of leave you on your own which is good and bad. The girl that finally took care of me at the desk was friendly, professional and knew the products (with one exception noted below).

+ -1 moreWe have had consistently poor service from Metro. They did not call when our lights came in, one of the entry lights was the wrong finish and it took more than 6 weeks to get the right one in. We ordered the pendant lights, waited 3 weeks, again did not receive a phone call when they came in, and when we did receive the lights, they would only work with a track lighting system (which we don't have and never discussed). They never seem to have enough staff and few staff members have been helpful. We will not purchase lighting from them again.
Description of Work: We've purchased 5 lights from Metro Lighting during the past 6 months -- 2 entry lights, 1 chandelier and 2 pendant lights.
