Description of Work: We purchased a Sealy Posturepedic EuroPlush Pillowtop mattress. We tried laying on several beds in the store and decided on a last minute upgrade. We negotiated a $1800 bed to $1100 with delivery, upgraded frame, and financing.

 + -1 moreOn May 31, I purchased a True Form XL ($2146) which they said it would be perfect for my back and didn't like it. They swapped that mattress with another mattress which cost me another $96.13. I got a third mattress for $213.650 (low Vegas firm profile). I was not getting the right mattress for my back. I was paying $40 each time they exchanged the mattress for the delivery charges. They said I have a warranty, per say, which I noticed a squeak in the bed. They needed to charge me an additional $40 to come out and fix the squeak. So much for this warranty! They are a franchise so there is no one higher up to complain to.
Description of Work: I purchased a new mattress, box spring and frame. I explained that I have back problems, and I want a firm mattress.

 + -1 moreI WENT TO THE STORE BECAUSE MY WATER BED LEAKED. IT WAS LATE IN THE EVENING, AND I PURCHASED THE ONLY MATTRESS IN STOCK IN MY SIZE BED. THE MATTRESS DIDN'T FIT IN MY CAR, SO ONE OF THE SALESMEN DELIVERED IT. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE FIRMNESS OF MATTRESS AND WHAT I NEEDED. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND COOPERATIVE.
