Master Computer and Video

I reviewed Master Computer Videos website. I then e-mailed the business asking about their location as I was wanting to use only a local business. I could not find an address and was unsure of the the address even though it came up in a search of St. Louis businesses. My e-mail was "I have visited your website and am interested in bringing in a box of 8mm videos for an estimate. Where in STL are you located? And what are your business hours?". The next day I received a response that appeared to be an automatically generated e-mail re-stating much of the info. from the website - but still not answering my question re: location. I e-mailed again - asking again for their location. The response was "This info is not on my website. Do you want to get it done right.. or just locally ! Your walgreens is local.. open 24 hours. Good luck !" I found this response to be quite unprofessional and replied as such. The response again was equally unprofessional "Yes.. 25+ years.. You need to see a companies work before some kid at walgreens butchers your family memories !". Even if this business does good work, I would not trust them with my precious family videos.
