Marlow & Son contracting is a smaller to midsize co. family owned. Our work is primarily done within the city limits usually on older brick and historic homes. We have no subcontractors and are very efficient all employee's usually (5-7) men are clean cut also union trained. We work to keeping our overhead low & are very competitive often 20-50 percent lower than other companies with our capabilities. estimates are free . and we reuire and rwquire not down payment. We take pride in helping homeowners get what they want for less.

Marlow was very reasonably priced and executed every job with professionalism and at very high quality. We've had him put in a new flat roof, tuckpoint our entire back of house, add new gutters, replace some bricks on the side of our house, and put up a new wood fence. Marlow gets back to you quickly and doesn't leave you hanging on quotes or questions you may have. Highly recommend!

Consistent prompt responses to my calls and questions and got ot done right away once we decided to move forward. Looks good and they left the work area clean.
Description of Work: tuckpointed one chimney of a brick duplex and took down the other to about a four brick height level to allow for venting - that side was leaning before and in pretty bad shape.

It went fine until the project didn't quite work out they way they expected. They did the best they could. The people they used to do concrete though made a mess of things and didn't clean it up.
