+ -1 moreHe is very easy to work with and very easy to reach, and will do the best he can. When it comes to remodels, we always find strange things - when you open up a wall, you never know what you are going to find. I know that he is neurotic about timelines and keeping the work site clean. After the workmen are gone, he comes back to make sure the site is clean, because if it is not, he will clean it. I would rate him highly. It is very hard to compare prices because providers have different ideas and offer different things.
Description of Work: I used Lorrien Homes to completely remodel my kitchen, bathroom and front room before. It was a big job where they had to take out an external wall. He is actually painting my house right now. He is in-charge of completely repainting and putting on new gutters and gutter guards. We also had to replace the siding of one side of the house.
