HE HELPED ME (ON BEHALF OF MY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION) UNDERSTAND THE ISSUES INVOLVED IN THE REPAIR AND ULTIMATE REPLACEMENT OF THE FLAT MEMBRANE ROOF ON OUR BUILDING. HIS EXPERTISE WAS APPRECIATED AND WAS INSTRUMENTAL TO OUR BEING ABLE TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION.
Description of Work: ESTIMATE TO REPAIR A 4' X 20' SECTION OF AN EPDM (RUBBER) MEMBRANE ROOF, INCLUDING REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF WET INSULATION, INSTALLATION OF A NEW MEMBRANE AND PATCHING OF HOLES.
